One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

That taunting call after he threw his feet late ended up being their first TD. Purdue was right on top of them. Just a little too aggressive.
I agree, the inability to kick a field goal is a real concern.
The first half might be the sloppiest 30 minutes of football in recent memory.

You know I love about Wheels highlights? I appreciate it that you don’t let us know who won the game by looking at the thumbnail. I can’t stand it when ESPN shows a photos that clearly tells you who by showing a highlight shot of one team🙄

Purdue's defense is physical but lost the game how many flags was that Nebraska had 2 full drives p.i calls.
another botch job on a few big score-erasing PI calls. that first one was unconscionable -- they called offensive PI on the reciever who was 5 yards ahead of his CB. insane.

John Bullock is the best Creighton Prep product to start for Nebraska since Titus Adams. Bullock was a walk-on. Adams was an ESPN Top 100 recruit back in 2002.
Do refs get paid by the flag now?
Man, what a sloppy game. Not sure I have ever seen this many pass interference calls. We needed those last week as Illinois was holding the whole game and not one flag on the DB's thrown.I wish we hadn't given up the touchdown late. I think we have some really good Running Backs, but I don't think they are all that well coached. I'd like to see someone like Rex Burkhead hired to coach the Backs. Emmet Johnson is clearly the most explosive and most likely to go the distance. Why isn't he starting. Dowdell is a work in progress. He's tough runner, but sometimes makes poor decisions. I don't think he's gonna go 60- 70 yards. Why couldn't he have dove like that for the first down on 3rd and 3 when we needed to convert last week? That's what I called for. We gave the game away with dumb playing calling when we could have burned clock. Not exactly a Mike Rozier or Roger Craig caliber dive, but he got in the endzone and covered some distance. If your gonna run wide you need EJ in the game, because he gets to the edge allot quicker that Donta does. I expected Irvin to be our short yardage guy and he's just disappeared.

I'm a bama fan and I just want to say I am so happy this kid committed to Nebraska I'm not so picky about all the commits I just want to see good games and this year are going to be some wonderful games I hope Nebraska makes it all the way I'm just tripping at the fact that they're not ranked in the top 10 they have the team
we would be close to top ten after this week if we hadnt given the game away last week. but we have some good looking teams coming up in rutgers, indy and osu. so we will see

The only question is: Will it START against Ohio State, or will it START against Rutgers & Indiana? I honestly have No Idea, but Nebraska is about to have at least 4 Blow Outs left on their schedule. Another question is: Will they get to 6 Wins? Again: I have No Idea. I think there’s a Good Chance They Won’t Get 6 Wins.

@@Whatitdo-ft2jr I’d say the Purdue students section played a big part in the kickers downfall as they heckled him pretty hard over at the practice net and you could tell they were getting to him
Because of injuries, they have to use a freshman who is really supposed to be a kickoff specialist and not a field goal kicker. But the problem wasn't only with the kicker. They had to switch to a new snapper as well, and that was the real issue. Bad snaps and late snaps screwed up the timing and led to the blocks.
Unless Alvano suddenly ends up healthy and they figure out whatever the snapper issue is, they need to hit the portal asap.

350 passing yards by the officials. I definitely saw some questionable pass interference calls. The offense doesn't actually have to ever catch a ball just let the defender breath on a receiver.

Normally, when a highlight video is 10% referee talking, that's a strange highlight video. In this case, it was a very accurate representation of the actual game

As good as Neyor and Banks are at catching the ball, they are equally bad at blocking and setting the edges. The double reverse might have been a house call if the blocking had been there.

It hasn't been since Frank Solich was HC. The defense is rarely far from the ball. And most importantly. They wrap up and tackle, when they, get to the ball. Even in the Pelini years. Tackling was an issue
