@@Erasmustherobot a lot of the things are not named after people, it's a mix of people's names, random words and nonsense. I was on a tram or bus the other day can't remember which and on the wall beside me was a poster for Garron, Tommy Tiernan and someone else for a comedy show.
WTF, Tommy Tiernan and Garron on the same night.
      Garron is on fire 🔥

I agree. I can not go to the IKEA furniture section b/c I lose all hope of getting out alive. Panic attacks ensue and the signs directing you don't work. I start screaming and crying until a staff member finds me. Generally, I stick to housewares because it is easy to get out of.

Loved this video. Glad you were recognized!!! I have to concentrate on staying very calm in our IKEA in Cincinnati. The constant walking in circles, getting nowhere and not being able to look out a window is a challenge. But that doesn't stop me from shopping there. I am right with you on the meatballs! ( I'll have to try the dome thing also.) You are so right about just throwing all the hardware in one bag, what a nuisance. And the directions with no words will test your mettle after awhile. Stay delicious! You a treat, for sure.

I love Ikea here in the USA. When I downsized to a smaller home, with my adult son, we split the house in two. I installed an IKEA bathroom, Ikea kitchen and Ikea dresser with matching bookcases with glass doors, one of those large multi-cube storage units, and two tall closet/cabinets. Oh, and the Ikea table with drop leaves and 6 drawers. Totally love the clean lines, affordability and easy do-it-yourself put-togethers! Of course, Ikea dishes, silverware, pillow, etc.

Tip for flat pack assembly. Get the instructions out , make a cup of tea and read before any attempt at aseembly. I would also recommend checking you have all the parts and screws and what-not before you start to avoid getting halfway through and having to stop as you're missing something. And if you can, make it in the room where its to be situated.
