    Thanks so much, Beth, I never did a workout using a yoga block other than just Yoga, I felt on my legs for sure !!!

      Wonderful! Using a block is just another way to add variety into our practice and it replicates some of the elevated pieces of equipment we traditionally use in a Pilates studio.

    I tried these stretches after returning from the office, and the exercises are a great stress buster for the body and the mind. Thank you for sharing this video.
