Dude, i litterally just made an submarine scene in Blender jesterday after being inspired by the new InCamera video! I did a lot of things exactly like you did, but i gave up on the particles. What i found out is that shining a light through a semi-transparent water-like texture from the top gives really nice god rays. Keep making these videos, it's really nice to have tutorials like that that explane the thought process and some advanced features instead of every single detail. Greetings from Berlin!
At 1:07 - It's important to apply rotation and scale to both the cone and the blades (apply individiually), otherwise you'll end up with all kinds of crazy.
First, this is great, espescially since I've thought about recreating the submarine from Atlantis. Second, I was really happy when I noticed the JA Viggen in the photos, my swedish heart swelled seing it.
Excellent work, great video, im trying to learn by searching on RUclips, and im keeping on coming back to your channel, alot of impressive videos. Keep the good work 👍.
which of the tutorials best covers the process of rendering for use in 2D software? e.g. I notice in the timelapse you seem to render a few different versions which I guess are for masking in photoshop?
30 views squad! hey man do you mind taking a look at my latest project in "progression video" can you tell me some tips on how to improve my art ? i used your scultping method to make it ! thanks !
Why would such submarine turn on a spot light in the deep sea? It has no windows to look out… Also: that red bottom is to prevent marine life to stick to a ships hull. Submarines hardly do this as they are fully submerged. Meh.
so, a deep sea submarine is likely down there for research purposes, meaning it would have cameras mounted on the outside. also, if a submarine were (hypothetically) made to sit in the water idle for any length of time, it would be on the surface, so the antifouling is a good idea
Please make that sea monster do a cameo in every video! I don't care how you fit it in the comp, just make it happen! XD
Brilliant idea! Pls do itttt
you are now one of my favorite channels. great work
