Kachi Kachi is the most despicable war criminal. The first form blatantly uses a flamethrower while the evolved forms literally pretend to be fire trucks only to shoot fireballs out of their hoses

Yeah and there is literally an animation in Drednot when one of the slaves gets threatened by a gun.
This can be seen as a threat, gun violence or threatening violence on a hostage.

Also, 10:18 . Jagando jr. is 2. He’s also a hostage, since the cat army murdered his parent and took Jagando jr as a souvenir.
He wouldn’t count as a hostage actually because they found him as an egg and well they killed his dad and his army so no one is going to look after him. So it’s actually pretty Nice of them to take care of him because he would probably die without them.

I just beat all the King WahWah stages in a span of a few minutes! The hardest one for me was the first one until I found a strategy, and the one that took the most attempts after I found my strategy for N-1 Grand Prix was Revenge of N-1 which took 2 attempts!

Technically most cat cannons are comiting war crimes, such as curse blast, since cursing enemies could be considered biological warfare. The cat cannon that shoots lightning (I forgot its name) could be charged with incendiary weaponry due to the fact that lightning could potentially set enemies on fire.
Edit: the cat cannon is called thunderbolt cannon and it could also be charged with weather manipulation due to the fact that it shoots lightning

Wait. Isn’t gravi in the same case as lumina? The stones shot from his boulder could seriously wound someone. Also in his description it’s implied that he controls meteors so that’s in the same boat as cat clan heroes
Stones aren't like wood and glass that causes deep wounds like those two can and unlike Cat Clan Heros, Gravi's description implies he has full control of the meteors, meaning he can properly direct the attack of the meteor to a specific spot.
@@LordMarkiquad Stones are hard and brittle material like glass, and they are harder than human skin and muscles, so they can still cause deep wounds. The way gravi slams the stones on the ground would cause sharp stone shrapnels fly everywhere, so he is gultiy of war crime.

very fair point (to both) although for Filibuster, I wasn't sure mainly because the shards can be interpreted as the ground erupting to a small degree.
