    I’ve had 2 kiddos and epidurals for both births. Realistic expectations are so important. My first labor was extremely long and painful. I don’t think the epidural was inserted correctly. I had it put in 3 times and one of the tries I got low blood pressure. I also had excruciating back pain. I was induced and the whole thing was traumatic with 4 hours of hard core pushing. Second labor I got an epidural and it was a dream. They gave me more meds and I waited til 5 cm for the epidural. This video would have been helpful to mw
