I am use Thermalright Phantom Spirit SE with secure frame for AM5 7700x. Secure frame protects SMD capacitors on CPU against thermal grease. Temperature maximum 82C degrees, average 61-64C under multicore stress test by Cinebench R23.
I used in my ensemble a Bequiet! pure loop 2fx 360mm and I have not seen it reach even 70 degrees at maximum performance. and normally he walks around 45 50
