Doug Polk thinks he is good Daniel Negreanu knows he's is by far the best.
Where can we watch the online portion?
Props to Daniel, he played that K9 hand perfectly. Here I am thinking “D Negs is way too nitty to ever shove this river after a 4bet flat pre + x/c x/c” then 💥🤯
That said, I think this match takes a very different turn when it moves online.
Thought the same probably his best played hand other than maybe checking the trip 6s
Online Doug P , is playng different game, the bch is using his computer cheats
@@sepa6388 the “bch”?
@@modestomouso1234 yea man, Doug P is a b i t c h , he only play good online poker, with the help of his computer, everybody knows it
All these "it's only money" and "doug needs to sell things to make up for losses" pretty sure both of them will make more than their buy ins on the back end alone.
Definitely not...
@William Um, no. How much revenue do you think this episode generates in total?
You really think they don't have sponsors for this 😂
I was always.saying doug is over rated. This guy talks alot and it was about time that he would learn some respect
If Doug is overrated bet on him at 4 to 1 or 10 to 1 in about 2 weeks. The only thing overrated about him is his personality. He's undoubtedly an expert HU player and Negreanu will be lucky if he's only down a million half way through this.
Lol you confirmed your bias with a video clip of 5 hands over a total of 200 hands session? Nice
btw doug took like 300k off dnegs first online session.. but ya you was always sayin
Doug's so over rated that he's up $268k after 3 sessions. Guess we'll see where this lands.
@@Lumerlume11 yeah, saying Doug is overated is definitely off base.
Daniel didn't do too much chirping before this compared to Doug, but one thing Negreanu did say was that Doug is laughably easy to read for him and others when playing live. And also admitting he would probably get smashed by Doug online.
All signs seem to show exactly this.
This was a great match, Daniel is bluffing a lot more than his normal game.
His opponent was bluffing quite often, while dnegs playing like scared money, playing tight creates a nit image and instead of just being a nit he takes advantage of that image and bluffs against his opponents weak holdings. Doug almost never strong bet with great holdings, and bet strong with weak hands. Easy tell for dnegs and Doug wasnt able to adapt cause as soon as he did dnegs went right back to being nitty
how many hands are they playing for this challenge?
Old man poker still got it!!!!!
7:03 "Does Kid Polker have a final bullet in him?" 😂
anyone knows what the schedule is when they are starting playing online?
They played today, Dnegs lost over 200k
Does anyone else scratch their head at how Polk won so much money? Trapping him with his stupid aggression is easier than capturing James Woods with pieces of candy.
Polk is online wizard
Well the problem with trapping him is you actually have to make a hand to trap with. If you don't, you're dead money. Good luck trying to win at HU poker by "making hands and trapping".
@Lean mean Killing machine well this was live wasn't it? Not a person in the world would give Negreanu an edge against Polk online.
And Polk has 3 bracelets so maybe show some respect for his overall game, too lol...
I do think Dnegs is better at adapting in a game, during a hand, to extract the most value. Polk is far better in his prefop game but Daniel is king on the streets.
@@JMRSplatt i love how this is written lol
What the hell... at 170/200 Polk is up 6k, then you jump right to 198/200 (28 hands later, which is nothing) and Negreanu is up 94k+ and you SKIPPED THAT? What were you thinking? Even if the hands are less interesting, the plays that are made that shift things that much had to be excellent...
Edit: Oh I get it, you didn't put them in order. *What the hell*...
Interested in seeing how the online format changes the balance between these two
Doug actually seems like he's playing a bit scared. Not his usual game IMO.
He bluff shoved for his whole stack at the end
What's up guys, Doug Polk here, and today on Polker hands
“top 5 hands” aka daniels best hands 😂 he definitely got the best of doug live tho thats for sure
Nice slowroll on the last hand
"Daniel Negreanu Poker Highlights" never mind the 80k negative swing lmao these poker highlight vids crakc me up., always daniel, every single hand, despite polk being ahead lmao
When does the online hands start and is it gonna be streamed?
Friday 2:30
@@MajorB27 is it gonna be streamed?
@@Carlito1980 yes both are streaming it( Polk and dnegs).
I actually saw that coming ,so many people said Poulk would win but when he faced Negreanu he shitted himself.
We'll see after 25k hands buddy.
My grandma could beat anybody after 200 hands.
@@ljstar6528 Polk underestimated him and I still believe Negreanu is going to win,it was good publicity for Polk anyway.
@@yani-dy5ow reality comes out...
new title of video Doug getting burned for 17mins
IN how much time itsthe next stream gonna start?
When the commentator said “Daniel only has to be right about 35% of the time to make this a profitable call” what does this mean and how is it calculated?
amount to call divided by final pot size after calling ;)
It means that, against polk's entire range, you have to win at least 35% with your hand to make this call profitable
Polk basically needs to bluff more than 1/3 times to make it a "good call".
we need the latb software that recaps action
Gg 200 hands is a tiny sample exited to see the end results
That got to piss anyone off including Doug, that last hand on this video, Daniel does a clever way to slow roll someone but doesnt fool me, no one ever folding a heads up holding 3 of a kind , I cant beleive no one sees that as a slow roll, its so clever it pisses Doug off but I dont think Doug even knows he was slowed rolled.
Its a form of control , he knew immediately he was going to call the all in but before he does he does a good acting job slow roll, remember folks slow rolls come in different ways and Daniel disguises it well, if I was Doug I would have called him out on that bs slow roll jibber jabber
Lol I bet the ladies cant stand Daniel, they in the mood to get it on and he wont shut up, women hate that when its time to rock n roll
@@raydalton1110 listen I like Doug, but what are you talking about??? He got slowrolled because that's poker... all the shit talk , all the videos... all the back qnd forth. He needs to understand he is going to get slapped when the chance presents itself. And he got slapped...
Dnegs was slow rolling him since the very start of the match. He was friendly in banter but played the poker to disrespect him. Go watch the start of the match, Daniel does the exact same sort of slow roll and thats all on purpose.
@@CoopDaWhoop17 I think Dnegs knows he's underdog online, and was aiming for max tilt leading up to it. Any little advantage.
whens online one ?
Dear PokerGo. Add another skinny table, or make the table a little bigger and add a divider. Add a second dealer on the other side, let them 2-table against each other and finally add a 30 second shot clock
Thank me later
Why?
i wish this was all live because polk would get absolutely pummeled
How much wana bet champ? Daniel negreanu is so bad online
poker 101 he said LIVE
Polk would eventually win even live. His technical poker knowledge (and in general of online players) is miles ahead of that of Dneg.
danielegarja obviously not he got destroyed
danielegarja like it wasn’t even close
Young man speedin' 😛
Lesson: Dont bluff when you're running bad. You will get called.
The all in punt Lmao Polk finally shuts up
Polks best Durr impression haha
When I beat slumbot for the world record I limped K9off and such hands so I could just call a BB raise instead of three betting and getting in a three bet pot with reversed implied odds on my kings. Offsuit hands also give too many combos to the four bet range, which can make it uncontrollable.
how is it 9% for Polk @8.20?
