Hey! What exactly do you mean by pitch bend midi filter? You load it on a separate MIDI track (with no instrument attached) and then set the midi output of that track to the midi track you want to send the pitch bend to (with your instrument on it).
@@davidobienu9971 to record with it, you would just record the midi notes on a separate track that's routed to the track you'd want to modulate. It wont record the actual pitch bend data to the track you send it to though, you'd keep the track with the recorded notes that effect the pitchbend as a separate track. It will store and playback just fine though, similar to using dummy clips and sidechain techniques in ableton. Hope that makes sense.
good idea! I never thought to use pitch bend on a drum rack but I just checked and it works. If you right click on the simpler and click the "simpler->sampler" option you can set the pitch bend range to match (in the midi tab on the far right column).
@@khz5324 like have the touch strip effect the pitch that's being sent out and converted to pitch bend? Yeah the pitch bend works going into this device. It's added together with the midi notes if that makes sense.
fire intro bro

excellent devices, as always Stevie !
Thank you!
Hey there! I have a noob question here: can I use this as a simple pitch-bend midi filter? Do I just load it on a separate track and that's it?

This allows you to sequence the notes going into your synth on one track and the pitch bend on the separate track.
does this work on midi too?
does it keep midi info if i record?

Do you think it's possible to assign this to Push 2's touch strip?
