- This is the theme just before the feast from Touhou 7.5: Immaterial and Missing Power
It's been a long time since I've heard this theme, to be honest. It's still pretty awesome.

I've just realised the title could refer to two things:
-Suika became mist in order to encourage more feasts, and so this is the last feast before she's stopped, or the last feast before she's "demystified"
-They're figuring out the cause of the feasts. It was a mystery, and so since they're figuring out the reason, they're demystifying the feast
I remember hearing this song in the Sanic the Hedgehog fan game and really wanting to know what it was from.
now you know XD
Wonder if the maker of that fangame is a fan of touhou
XDX 175 if he/she put this song in there, then he/she must be a Touhou fan
same
Hedgehog Bros Hmm yeah probably
The part at 1:30 is really good.
The whole thing is!
sound like chinese tea
Funny part
yes
Fishenberg it sounds like Deaf to All but the Song
please no one said 'well there is no dislike' or something like that, someone will hit the dislike button clearly
you said it and i disliked
oh
well
+Anttac221 You're an amanojaku ?
Bravigaufre no
Anttac221
Yes you are, because you disliked a good video, only Amanojaku do that.
I've been envisioning a Touhou-themed fighting game that plays more like Super Smash Bros. The would be perfect for a game like that in a Feast stage.
On a note about the song itself, it's one of the best pieces I've ever heard in Touhou. It's a very dynamic song, almost like the game itself.
Those piano songs are epic!,this just sounds like it could be a battle theme of a orchestral movie
Well, there was one, unfortunately ZUN just simply say "no" and the whole project was immediately stopped
@@HyperVanilo Oh there's a LOT more to that story than just that. Trust me I was around when it was happening.
@@WishMakers I know what's happening, I just shortened the story
This is one of ZUNs best creations. It just gives off the feel of the game at that point perfectly, especially since the battle with Yukari seems to have a more, well, darker (?) theme to it, I guess. If I'd have to rank the ZUN-made themes in the game, this would be either 2nd or 3rd.
Which one is the 1st?
i always thought ZUN only made the themed for Yukari and Suika in IaMP becasue the fighting games are a collab
Midnight Sparkle He made Demystify Feast also
I want to know the first one....
Anonimus GT
It's either Onigashima or Night Falls. Prolly Onigashima since it's more popular
Ahh, the TPDP title theme and its expansion's true final battle theme used this one. It's amazing! :3
What is TPDP again?
@@petragon1708
TPDP
Touhou Puppet Dance Performance with expansion Shard of Dream
A Touhou game using Pokemon playstyle where you can capture Puppet with appearance of Touhou character from Touhou PC-89 to legacy of lunatic kingdom
through it like pokemon game but some gameplay mechanic are improved/created compare to Pokemon
Touhou Puppet Dance Performance = Original Game
Touhou Puppet Dance Performance - Shard of Dream = Expansion game
Both are seperated game.If you already finish original game, you can migrate 6 puppet of your squad and carry them to Expansion
@@petragon1708The game won't launch if played outside japan so you need an app that allow you to run game in japan to play
Puppet information
Starter Puppet: Unlike Pokemon that have 3 set of Default pokemon to choose before started your adventure,in TPDP you able to choose your starter puppet among with puppet available in puppetdex(pokedex)
Type: Work same as Pokemon Type chart with some type become a single type
Water + ice = Ice
Wind + Fly = Wind
Style: Unlike Pokemon that have evolution that change Pokemon appearance/skill. TPDP have it own "evolution" system called Style Change which will unlock when a Normal Puppet Style reach lv30
Style Change will change the stat and play style of puppet and can't undo once accept
There currently have 5 style that Normal Puppet can change
Power: Focus more on attack damage that puppet specialize at
Speed: Focus on being move first on battle
Assist: Focus on changing the battle situation like put debuff on enemy puppet, created weather/terrain,change type of self
Defense: Focus on counter attack/dealt dmg by taken dmg and make battle a little longer
Extra(Shard of Dream only)
Ok
I'll be honest, as much as I ADORE this song and would easily call it one of ZUN's absolute best works, I still wish the climax of the song right before it loops was twice as long, like what the TPDP rendition did. At least to me it screams of that moment in a fight scene where the villain's on their last legs and the hero's about to curbstomp the fucker, ending the battle with a barrage of attacks alongside the climax that sends the villain spiralling to their defeat, but it's just too short to me. Otherwise this is actual aural perfection.
This is that one song that the title of disconnects from the knowledge of it and it randomly comes up as a thought years after you first heard it.
*goes to Reimu`s Story campaign* Well, this seems easy enough... *Remilia appears and COMPLETELY wrecks me* Goddamnit... Well, time for SWR! XD
But really, Remilia gave me a lot of frustration in Reimu`s story... and Reimu`s (and everyone`s) Dash Attack just didnt do much cause she was WAY TOO FREAKING AGILE. JESUS... Heck, in SWR, I easily 1ccd both Reimu and Marisa`s stories on Normal (struggling with Sakuya`s, since Yuyuko ALWAYS gets me with her final Spellcard, and sometimes losing a life in the process. And when I get enough lives to beat Tenshi, her last spell ALWAYS finds a way to screw me) so... IaMP is easily the hardest of the fighting games IMO. Maybe its a Megaman Zero stunt of sorts, where the first game was hard and punishing, but the second gave a HUGE improvement and made it less unfair. Just my opinion, though. XD
Honestly, Remilia's much less threatening when she's doing her spellcards. You just have to spot the openings for attack and only strike when the time is right. Against her full move set though, she is a huge pain. Her melee alone makes Remi the best character in the game, and her movement and range game are good too. With her the AI doesn't need to be super good to take a nice chunk off your life bar if it gets an opening.
Of course, then there's Yukari after her, and this version of her is one of the most bullshit bosses in the *entire series* due to her fourth spellcard. Suika is also challenging, but it's a more fair fight than Remi or Yukari IMO.
Agreed on SWR/Soku being easier, but I don't know if it's in a good way. There's much more chance in SWR/Soku to just sit back and spam bullets at the AI, both due to how the AI deals with distance, and the details of the spellcards. Yuyuko's entire story mode *on lunatic* can be cleared mostly with just neutral C.
The HD games are probably a better example of having a less difficult and unfair game without having it go too far and making it too cheesable. Kokoro, Mamizou, and ULiL Miko were really fun bosses. Sumireko was a little bit of a let down as a final boss, but eh, can't hit 'em all out of the park.
Hieda no Ajuu Yeah, tbh, I have finished everyone`s story mode campaigns on every fighting game but IaMP now, and I gotta say tbh, Remilia, both when fighting against her and playing as her, she`s pretty hard to use/fight IMO. And well, there was also the fact that IaMP`s controls relied a lot on button combinations, and since I use a keyboard for the fighting games, it was a lot harder for me to do these before I got clobbered. Maybe I can try playing IaMP again when I get a controller (I was thinking of buying a Super Nintendo one because of something else, but I might buy another one instead), but for now, I dont think I will tbh.
About Remilia`s attacks, tbh, I couldnt find any openings to attack when she was so agile, and even with the spellcards having a better opening than her melee attacks, the fact that I was so used to the dash attack murdering the opposition and the fact that Remilia didnt flinch when I used it AND the fact that you have to input button combinations to use my own spellcards with a keyboard, made the fight a lot harder IMO.
But yeah, I can agree on the HD games having a pretty good difficulty balance, especially when you didnt really have to do too much to attack or use spellcards. Heck, one of my most funnest characters to use (Mokou) is in these games, so I can definitely say that HM and ULiL are way more fun to play then the others IMO (though SWR and Hisoutensoku arent that bad too tbh, since I really enjoy them as well). XD
lol same here
Piano
Drums
Chorus-thingy
Bells
1:00 (and onwards) Wait, this sounds like a traditional Touhou 7 boss theme! I actually like it :)
1:29 Not bad
1:54 Yes, let’s go crazy on our piano keyboard while somehow staying coherent and sounding good at the same time! :)
2:04 Short section. This is where the music gets great. I’ll have to admit that this is probably on par with some of the music from the previous two games
I don’t know if I’m biased towards motivating music, but FINALLY, a theme from this game that blows my mind.. I actually kind of love this :)
Sounds like Reisen's theme
Where ?
At the start
True
This one have more "echo" sounds and the bell is pretty loud
on Magical Astronomy ver is doesn't have echo and the bell sounds is pretty low
i wish there was a combination of the 2 versions. i prefer this one but i wish it did have the main tune of the song playing in the background at 1:42 like the MA version
This was uploaded straight after Yuyuko's theme. This must be some sort of coincidence, no?
The CtC version of this is my favourite track in CtC, but this is even better than that. Holy Magikarp - this is awesome.
Theme of Eastern Story: 2:04-2:06
Omg I love this even more than the Magical Astronomy version... maybe

ZUN's comment about the track:
"Theme of the battle just before the feast in Story Mode. However, the character this plays for depends on the character you control. This song depicts the suspicion and anger of the heroine building up until it eventually explodes. The song is all introduction except the final short main part."
great
now, fight your rival!
this theme brings back memories :(
...from a game I have yet to play.
+Bravi'M
this or swr was my childhood like pokémon (still playing don't judge me for it i cannot help it since i love bulbasaur)
but i recommend to get these also if you have x or y or oras we could play together since judging from your comments it could be fun; )
+fire emblem player Sampo LITERALLY SAME
fire emblem player Sampo
...But no one has to judge you if you're still playing Pokémon. In fact this game is played mostly by people who are around 20.
+Bravi'M
I am 17(^-^)
I love this song (and sui...) it sounds majestic
I dare to say that this is ZUN's best song.
almost alot of ZUN's iconic songs are really great.
But this one specificlly is god like
I really like this one...
And i do every since the first time i've heard it, it's just, really solid!
Wish it got more recognition tho
Second Best Theme In The Game.
かっこよ!
can't hear this with out thinking about kkhta
Touhou battle royale 🗿
lol
Y'know, this is one of those themes that I don't know what I like about it I just do.
Alright, I'm gonna have to put a pun here: It's (de)mystifying.
this part sounds like marisa's theme 1:00
2:06
1:00 - 1:23
1:54 - 2:04
2 dislikes are from people who hate yukari's train and the story how suika broke the moon (not really)
the Unknown X of old fighters
This song with Suika running at high speed!
Bring on the intensity!
This became one of my favorite themes after I watched the ewi for it
Oh my god
my favourite song in the 2hu series uwu
I come here from Touhou Puppet Dance Performance.
I highly recommend.
**xylophone intensifies**
Reminds me at a good Pokémon fight. Don't know why.
Maybe because it's the main theme for Puppet Dance? :D
Puppet Dance Performance maybe
The song sounds very witch-y, at least at the first half.
next thing google will buy: THE ENTIRE PLANET
Somehow reminds me of carnivals
Name the Game?
Immaterial and missing power

0:00 really makes me wanna punch someone hoooooo!
I'm still a bit uncertain on when this theme actually plays XD. Is it when you battle the last boss before Suika?
IIRC yes.
***** IIRC?, But ok, thanks XD
Fledera
If I remember correctly.
***** Aaah, thanks again XD
Actually, I'm pretty sure that this plays on the second-to-last before Suika, since you pretty much always fight Yukari afterwards and then finally Suika.
lie
This was uploaded straight after Yuyuko's theme. This must be some sort of coincidence, no?
