Also you don't need the water filter to make a dew collector anymore. They are pretty simple. And you can find those mods from broken dew collectors out in POIs

Pretty sure you need to be buying every sugar butt you see. You always need it eventually, and they aren’t always available to buy when you want to sell. Just stash every single one you find.
Edit: pretty sure she had extra armored up mags, you bought what she had when you stopped by the first time.
I made a base on a primitive version of that bridge in like Alpha 16; it was mediocre. Also FYI the traders open at 4am now and if they fall through or disappear there is a console command to reset them so you don't have to restart the whole game. Had that happen in a day several hundred and refused to not find a fix.
