Swimming from the Isle of Skye to the Isle of Raasay

The Isle of Raasay Distillery is proud to sponsor ‘Selkie’ - a challenge to become the first person in history to run, swim and cycle the length of the Outer Hebrides in aid of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust.
This unique challenge is the brainchild of Edinburgh-born adventurer James Armour, who aims to complete the continuous 180-mile journey from Barra Head Lighthouse to the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse
As part of James's training for the 'Selkie' challenge, he chased the MV Hallaig, our hybrid-electric ferry, from Sconser on the Isle of Skye over to the Isle of Raasay!
