    Good communication skills are paramount. I'm shy and don't have a high self esteem, so this hinders me at my job. To add to that pressure, I'm in America and I'm in a field where I have to communicate instructions eloquently. When Americans sense weakness, they completely tune you out.

    You're so right. Not everyone is cut out for business or entrepreneurship. Most of my siblings are in business and they thrive on it, I prefer the 9_5. They judge me harshly and think I'm lazy even though I'm successful in my career
