@@chase7354 Very high priced rifles for mediocrity. No QC or customer service in my experience. I had several on watch on gun broker. Spoke with a seller in Utah who stated to me they had to stop carrying CA due to all the complaints. He stated CA basically had to beg them and other sellers to restock their products, that they cleaned up their QC. He also stated that if I did decide to purchase one from him and their was an issue, he would act as a liaison for me with CA. I thanked him as that was a nice gesture but candidly, it should not have to come to that, where a rifle builder won't stand behind their product and the seller has to get involved. That's nice but not appropriate and certainly not a good use of their time.

If Christensen Arms was the only production rifle manufacturer, I would only archery hunt. Thank God I am able to buy components and get rifles built to my specs. I tried to get something taken care of that was THEIR issue passed on to us, the consumer. The ultimate excuse I got on the phone, literally, was, "there's only 5 of us working." CA may previously have been known for quality but not in my experience. Their accuracy is hit and miss just like a Mossberg Patriot. And their have been numerous RUclips videos showing ejection issues hitting scopes, carbon fiber barrels delaminating, etc. My gunsmith stated to me he has replaced CA CF barrels more than any other production rifle. This is what happens when you go down the road of pushing quantity v quality.

$2300 is too much to pay when there are other, equal, or better options available for half the cost.
