I love the reference to Janus, the Roman god of choices. He is also the god of gates, doors, dualities/opposites and transitions, but being the god of choices was the part that was relevant to the song.
Also he has two faces... just throwing that out there.
The duality part also fits with the song

A lot of people have been asking when this is going to be on Spotify, and I promise it will be up soon! I want to redo some of the vocals and fix some of the mixing because they were a bit rushed when I put this out. I'll try to finish those edits by the 5th, and if I can't fix it by then, I'll just upload it to Spotify as is.

I love how its "typical me" like he's trying to lightheartedly brush off something that he did, like a "whoopsie i did it again again haha typical me!" and then its also just slightly unsetteling like hes REALLY trying to be like "haha typical me.." but slipping into a panic.

I can feel how he's stopped fighting and accepted he's situation. The calmness of he's thoughts, letting all the darkness in without a struggle. I can imagine he's singing this song after waking up from a memoryless night and discovered that he did something really bad like helping dream escape and isn't even bothered. He's not in control of his own mind and he knows it.

This is insanely good, I can't explain it but this has a unique vibe that's different from the usual emotions I get with Ranboo's songs. It feels like the Syndicate, mixed with the tense calm of a panic attack from Ranboo's songs. It's almost intimidating but has a sense of melancholic fear mixed in.

My first thought hearing this some was, "Wow, someone should make an animatic out of this, it's got some subtle lines that would be perfect for Ranboo's character," completely unaware it was a fan song. This song is great, and having listened to the rest of kroh's work, they're all really impressive. I think the subtlety is great, it has clear references but it's not strictly tied to the dream smp. If kroh goes on and does original work I'll definitely listen to it!

Dont see nearly enough people talking about this. One of the first lines is "Enemy faces look the safest" which is banger on it's own, but later in the song there's the line "Please Help me or I'll go where I feel the Safest"

I was obsessed with DSMP during 2020 and yet somehow when I heard this song on Spotify I never linked it to Ranboo. Awesome job with the song!
Until I saw the image, I genuinely couldn't tell this was a dsmp song but said to myself, "This has ranboo written all over it," and yet I thought it wasn't a dsmp song. That's how you know you've done a good job.

There’s several Ranboo songs with great lyrical content and great themes, but as far as the VIBE goes this is really the first one that I think fits him. Something about it just suits his brand of uncertainty.

This has to be my favorite song by you by far, I can actually see Ranboo's character singing this in frustration with his own mental problems.
"Typical me" sounds like a phrase created from just that, frustration. He feels like this is all ridiculous, that he knows exactly what he's doing wrong and why it's wrong, and he hates that he can't stop himself from doing these things anyone.
It's a victim's quote. "So typical me", because he complains to himself to cope with it all.

The electro beats combined with the very noticeably old school radio themed tunes and effects make this probably one of the catchiest songs for the DSMP I've heard.
