How about the effects of heat through sunlight. Shouldn´t that also be taken into account when pumping up "rock-solid"?

Such tutorial videos are great! Give beginner kiters such as me, a perspective on things. Thanks!

You could also make a video how to waterstart for begginers , you seem to be the only one on internet who really makes good videos ( like the megaloop video which is a great example ) keep up the EPIC videos ;)

It would be nice to make a video about lines adjustments, what to do when you put the kite at 12 and the kite is positioned little bit behind you, or little bit leaning forward. When i went to kite last season i had some friends more advanced than me adjust the lines because they said the kite is not generating much power and you cannot de-power it properly. It is not easy for a beginner to figure out those adjustments by themselves. Thanks.

+Johnny-Anthony Khawand . I already made a video like that. Take a look under the EPICKITES.COM videos on "HOW TO".

    Great Video Dimitri!
Any thoughts on cold weather flying?
I am learning in Oregon and I notice how soft it becomes after I crash in the cold ocean water...Its physics or something :)
    Peace love and kiting

Hello Fletcher. Well if the air is warmer then the water and your kite falls in the water and stays there for at least 2 to 5 minutes, then the PSI will shrink making your LE softer. From my knowledge there is nothing you can do except get back to the beach and put more air in your LE.

If you ride in a hot day, and double true for begginers, you should pump after you wet your leading edge (and if possible, the struts).
This will give the air colder conditions, which be the same if (when) your kite falls yo the water.
You will not belive have deflated a hot and dry kite can be once it get colder by the water.

      P.s
Don't forget to closer the valve and cap before you soak it in the water ;)

well how can you say when it's 9 or 11 or 12 psi without a gauge? ....

Tip it with your fingernails like he has done. That light sound you hear starts at around ~9-10psi. Before, it's a darker/duller sound.
