It’s the UK’s most common cause of life threatening infection in newborn babies and is carried by around 150,000 pregnant women every year, yet Group B Streptococcus screening is not recommended by the NHS. This is something that Dan and Birgitta Hobster are desperate to change as an £11 test could have saved their baby's life.

I think they should offer mothers the test and give them the options to pay
Am from India where women are not screened for GBS.
Live in the US where women are screened and therefore I was too.
I was GBS+ for both my preganancies.
