An authentic Guru who flourished dharma in west. Yet some defamed him. Very very sad and bad act to a Guru whose books helped thousands to buddha’s wisdom

I haven't seen Sogyal Rinpoche since last watching Little Buddha. Very cool.

I love this teaching so much. It literally shows how grasping causes pain and what a relief it is to let go without loosing. In this short teaching his wisdom and compassion is shown.

I believe attachment to any and all of everything (grasping) is the root to all pain as well.everything that has a beginning also has an end.

He should be less attached to food.
