I have been consistently lifting weight for 4 years now. The first 2.5 years I over trained. I just recently learned how you should lift differently when doing higher reps vs lower reps. Exercise is like healthcare, your always learning and you learn something new all the time.
No, he didn't. You're thinking of Deion Sanders. Boz ran a 4.6 in 1987. 4.27 for a guy his size is nearly impossible (unless you're Bo Jackson, greatest athlete ever imo)
@@winstonsmith11Google Brian Bosworth 40 yard dash at combine and this is what you get...Brian Bosworth ran the 40-yard dash in 4.27 seconds at the 1989 NFL Combine. The Falcons selected him fifth overall.
My son fell down the stairs for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Somehow, he was fine. And he fell from like the third step from the top. Hardy little man.
Curious, when is there not "data" and "studies"? Lol, just kidding. I love the show!! I adore how you guys feed off each other when sharing the stories and strength training advice. So entertaining while also being informative. ❤
Sal and Adam do not have command of the English language whatsoever. Sal say " etcedra" lol. It's "etcetera". And Adam always says " a whole nuther". Wth???????
So yeh - I was just looking at Phase 3 in Anabolic Advanced which I’m about to start, and realized - I’m gonna have to drop the weight on a lot of these .. no way I’m gonna be able to do the same weight from ph 1-2 at the much higher rep count!
Def do this. I did not and went to failure and was absolutely toasted. I started eating more thinking that was the issue and just got fat! So, I ended up fat and fatigued.
Oh my goodness. To alleviate pain?? WHERE DO I SIGN UP!!!??? You give me a MAPS with correction exercises for back pain and elbow pain and I'm IN. PLEASE DO THAT!!!!!
@jhildebrand7447 the law allows "natural flavoring". The laws have massive legal loop holes. Allows for rounding up and rounding down. Allows BCAA's and EAA's to be used and counted in place of full protein.....
@@DrAJ_LatinAmerica I expect the government to be a bunch of sneaky liars. But I didn't expect it from a health food company that's pushed by about every health youtuber I watch. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Just really annoyed.
If you think logical volume is amount of work done just like the calories - an representation of the whole picture. The real driver is how fatigue your muscles are so you can do it with more work over time aka volume or harder training aka intensity, intensity can come from sets to failure or just very heavy weight close to failure. It comes clear that all paths are going in one direction - isn't it?
@ yes you make a good point .. heavy weight may lead to strength gains which always does not equate to muscle gain .. that’s why many non muscular guys can lift super heavy .. power lifters are perfect example there is clear research papers out about volume ,and it says volume is the most important thing for muscle hypertrophy ..
Hey wanted to know if my macros are good I’m 265 6’1 I trying to get down to 220-230 I gained weight I was taking in around 2500cal now I’m cutting it back to 1800-2000 200g protein 100-150g carbs 100 g fats
There are a lot of great powerlifting coaches that are not ripped. Matt Wenning. Ed Coan. Many great Russian and Bulgarian Coaches who were not ripped. Don't have to be ripped if you have a great record 😉. Many great NFL trainers are not ripped. Michael Jordan shooting coach could not do what Michael did. Tiger woods swing coach is another great example.
Adam when using anabolics tendons and ligaments can't keep up with the strength gains that's why you feel off kilt. This will pass if you don't injure yourself in the meantime and then no doubt you will put it down to your priming and superior programming just to push sales
You unfortunately dropped this video as everyone is watching election results. I have a feeling that your views are going to be low, even though it's amazing information
The guys are still not addressing that for Adam to gain 18pounds of muscle he would have had to eaten around 6,000+ calories a day. Seriously stop trying to skirt the issue, you got found out, accept it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
what equation do you use in order to come up with the 6,000+ calories a day in order to gain that much muscle? Do you have a website or something you use to do the calculations or a fitness app?
Adam who claimed to have recently said he had put on 18 pounds of muscle and lost 5 pounds in the same month. Says to the lady you can't build muscle unless your in a surplus and can't lose fat unless you're in a deficit 😂😂😂😂😂 so tell us Adam please for the love of Sals god how did you do it??????? You wonder why people get confused by the fitness industry...... This is why!!!!!! Also regarding the LMNT with the dextrose business sal says half a gram but if labels can be 10-20percent off this could be in turn a all lot more. Doesn't matter to me really as my post workout shake has milk which is a much superior electrolyte source as well as protein, calcium and a nice amount of carbohydrates. Not to mention a hell of a lot cheaper 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Start off on the smith machine incline Adam. Safest, most effective chest builder there is.

Ayy shoutout doug and sand fishing
Tony Mandrich. The Incredible Bulk was his nickname, but he did not run a 4.1 in the 40!!!
I think you miss the point on LMNT. Yes, small amounts of sugar, agreed. But the accusation is they lied. It is about trust, more than anything.
Did they lie, or just failure to disclose all information ?

If you have a rep target of 15 and it’s easy enough you have to change tempo, you should put more damn weight on the bar.
I wouldn’t choose a trainer who looks like I do. 😂 I want someone who looks like they know what they’re talking about and who walk the walk.
