Fried Catfish Meets Blt | CATFISH BLT

This time, I'm putting a twist on the classic #BLT by adding #catfish . I call it the catfish blt.
Making catfish is simple: just add mustard and seasoning to the fish, then coat it in a mixture of cornmeal, a little flour, and more seasoning. Fry it in oil for 7 to 9 minutes. Put it all together in a sandwich, and enjoy the #catfishblt for the win.
