I love how TJ is baffled by the premise of Flatline getting an original voyager mold, when we just got a THUNDERTRON toy as a brand new mold. A toy-only character whose only fiction is from a novel!
It’s because it’s so unbelievable that Hasbro execs are actually greenlighting these characters.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they're only doing Flatline because Decepticon medics are so rare.
Flatline is likely to be an Armada Red Alert retool. Look at their vehicle mode kibble and robot mode design detailing, and they’re surprisingly similar.

Animated Swindle should have a 'DJW' license plate.
5:58 Breakdown released solo not within the year they started the Stunticons, so Swindle releasing on his own isn't implausible.
There is also the potential that there is still more we haven't seen, just we won't hear about for a long while.
Wave 1 of Legacy (which included Dragstrip) mostly hit in March of 2022. Breakdown was found in some places at the end of 2022, but was definitely in the US by January/February 2023, so still within a 1 year period.

Don't get me wrong, Animated Swindle would slap so hard, but with the leak saying Combiners plural, no word on Nexus, and all previous Animated characters (including Wasp within the same line) are listed as being Animated, I am leaning towards Combaticons
I would love a Voyager Demolisher and Voyager Armada Cyclonus .
Voyagers of characters that were Supercons/Deluxes? Legacy Hot Shot is a contemporary Deluxe, so why not the Armada Decepticons?

That's probably a bit early. We will likely see the upcoming Combaticons reissued in a toy colours box set first, like Hasbro did with Menasor. Maybe they will do the RID versions in 2027, as they could do toy and cartoon version of Baldigus/Ruination as well (gold vs silver).
What if Venom is a PRE-TOOL of Cicadacon and they're gonna give us a Tripredacus?!

Aside from when Animated Prowl leaked, we always get the correct universe prefix in these leaks. It doesnt say Animated Swindle, so I am sure that it's G1. I think its fairly obvious they're gonna slot Swindle into the final wave, right before the 2026 line, and the other Combaticons will follow in there. Like a reverse of the Stunticons where Breakdown was in the first wave of Legacy Evo.
That said, if it turns out I'm wrong, I will not complain. A new Animated Swindle would be really great (and would save me like $150 in grabbing the others lol)
Yeah, I think that's more likely. They aren't going to give us two Legacy/Prime combiners in the same calendar year, so it makes sense that the Combaticons will follow the Aerialbots rather than being released simultaneously. Plus they can repaint G1 Swindle into a lot of other colours, like RiD Rollbar.

They could just retool SS Concept Art Megatron, and put some fanmodes in there as alt modes.
With a Cybertron Vector Prime supposed to be coming later this year, I wouldn't be surprised if he also gets a package refresh sometime in '26 or '27 with the new trilogy branding.

Ooh, Crasher. Would love if Earthrise Mirage got a refresh as well, since it was Amazon exclusive, IIRC. Also, Animated Wasp finally getting his toy will be great for the fans. Wonder if they'll do RID Skid-Z as an ER Mirage retool... That said, figures of the Primes would be nice.
Kinda surprised that Skid-Z retool/repaint hasn't happened yet, despite having a relatively new Mirage mold to use, and they did an out of nowhere release for Tow-Line.
I wonder if they could get away with doing a four pack of Deluxe Insectucins in their original Beetras colors?
I could see Alpha Trion being a retool of the Thundertron mold, seeing that they’ve done so in the past.
Real talk, if they ever make a new RID Megatron, he would be a perfect fit for an Amalgamous Prime retool

The leaks come from JTPrime who finds the listings on store's computer inventory/records. How he gets them I have no idea, but this was more or less his grand finale as he is leaving the hobby for awhile.
This is just how retail computer systems work. The only way Hasbro could prevent this is by giving fake code names to every single toy
a few things, I could see swindle being G1, in the last wave, as a tease of bruticus coming in 2026. Silverbolt MIGHT have to wait to be a 2026 leader, I don't know how they could pack in enough bulk to make him a commander. One interesting idea thought, what if we get nexus prime as the titan? It's been like, almost 6 years since our last titan combiner, and engineering has come a long way since potp predaking, I'm curious how they'd do that
They could easily make Silverbolt a Commander class. Concorde jets were massive, with seating for over 100 passengers. They will likely have the jet split in two, with the front half becoming Silverbolt's robot mode, ala Motormaster.
They have to use the same "skeleton" frame design for Superion that they did for Menasor in order to make him look cartoon accurate. The smaller jets didn't form the limbs of the giant robot in the cartoon, they just attached onto him, exactly like the Stunticon cars.
Wasn't there a Beast Machines Cheetor from UNITED shown to be released on Twitter? He was a core class. It was in hand in packaging photo's.
I really hope the designs for the 13 Primes are based on the Covenant of Primus Book
I would love to see some beast machines characters introduced into the legacy line
I didn't like the writing for that cartoon, but I still appreciate the designs/art style. The original BM toys were wildly out of scale with each other, and it would be a challenge for the designers to make them cartoon accurate.
@Rocket1377 True. I also don't mind if they took some design liberties. Truth be told, I want a leader class strika. And some other vehicons. But that's me personally. Now hopefully hasbro gives us a new lugnut

I thought about Superion. I think you split the Concord in two. The front half becomes Silverbolt's robot mode, and the back half is used for his combiner form and a battle base.
Similar sorta design to TF:Victory Star Saber. The smaller front of the spaceship: Saber, splits off to be his own robot, who can then combine with the V-Star rear section of his vehicle mode, to form Star Saber.
Though instead of being a 'super mode' of sorts, in Silverbolt's case, it'll be so he can become Superion.
I like. Could see this being the case.
@@sideways3458 right, it also lets you have a better shape for the airplane, which is really long and doesn't translate well into a single robot.
@@benjaminwiseman6567 Which should result in better robot mode scaling, too. Though Silverbolt is much larger than his team mates in jet form, I don't remember him being too tall as a robot.

Definitely excited for the Primes especially Solus Prime and Liege Maximo
They could possible do Silverbolt as a commander since his alt mode, a concorde, is much larger than the jets the orthers transform into. His robot mode would shed a lot of combiner kibble, but if you wanted him to be a much larger aircraft than the other aerialbots in vehicle mode it could work.
I would make him similar to the Kenner MASK toy Meteor, where the front of the jet turned into a smaller plane while the rear section became a tank. If they did something similar for Silverbolt, they could divide the concorde mode in a similar way to how Motormaster's cab and trailer transformed independently.
@@Rocket1377 Not familiar with M.A.S.K, but sounds like you're suggesting a TF:Victory Star Saber type of transformation, including the whole combining aspect. Hmmm... That could work.

Hope we get a Leader 1 and Cykill in the main line, makes sense given the Multiverse characters, they have figures mold they could use
I think the Bulkhead mold could work well for Heatwave. The chest is the perfect shape, although the vehicle mode would be a little longer than it should.
I really hope that Superion and possible Bruticus will be scramble city-type combiners, because i actually like when you can swap an arm with a leg or backwards.
God I would adore a Swindle, he was such a fun character and I was so sad to hear about how bad his toy ended up being.
2 things about these Leaks that aren’t the obvious.
1. The only real idea I have for a repaint of Venom is, because he will most likely be an original mold or a HEAVY remold of something that I can’t think of, is making a new character or straight up repainting it into the purple and black of the OG trio. That trio has never gotten an additional member to my knowledge, so it could be fun!
And 2. Am I the only one surprised that MICRONUS PRIME is a Deluxe and, ya know, not a Core????? I get that he’s a main part of the 13 and deserves prominence, but he’s literally the smallest of the 13 and the Origin point of the Mini-Cons in the lore! It confused me greatly. My only guess is that he’s gonna be a smaaaaall deluxe and either load a crap ton of paint onto him or give him some sort of big accessory. Maybe someway of replicating that energy ball he’s always depicted in in art?
I do hope with the 13 primes, Vector Prime keeps his TF Cybertron design.

I wished RID prime was in the mainline, maybe we could have did a retool of it into Sentinel Prime with the Apex armor from IDW, or the Nova Prime figure retooled into a IDW Sentinel Prime with the Apex Armor

Indeed it did. Aligned Continuity (Cybertron games/TF:Prime/RescueBots) is the only universe, I believe, that has its full 13 members listed and shown... all thanks to that very book.
There is a theory that swindle beings apart of the wave is because nexus prime is gonna be using aerialbots and combatacon parts since the original was just a combination of the same thing

So excited for updated Aerialbots and Red Alert, hope Swindle is a prelude to new Combaticons later. Primes are interesting, but if the Fallen is the horrible Machinima design instead of War Within, I will Rage
I wouldn't get too excited about getting toys based on the 13 Primes until we actually see the figures. Cause remember what happened last time we saw listings for the 13, they ended up being Titan Masters except instead of faces on their backs they just had unique symbols on their backs. Their robot modes were based on Pretenders that weren't even intended to be those characters and they had the same Pretender shells as well. Like the Fallen was literally just Bomb-Burst and Submarauder was Alchemist Prime.
They also haven't done a Fallen who actually has his proper living furnace design in years so that's another reason I wouldn't get too excited about a listing for him until we actually see some images of the figure.
I just hope the Fallen is based on the Don Figueroa/War Within design and not the Machinima design or an amalgamation with the masked ROTF Fallen.

I agree with you on Swindle. He is animated. That makes the most sense to me. I'm glad you said what nobody else has said.
Maybe, but with all the other combiners and RID updates they are doing, the G1 version is just as likely. They need a new Bruticus to repaint into Ruination, and they can get far more mileage out of a G1 Swindle than an Animated one.
That picture of Superion makes me feel like it would easily work to have him combine like Menasor does, since it has red arms that the jets are just attached to and completely normal legs that the jets are just attached to, but the problem is the main core robot, being a jet, wouldn't exactly come with a trailer. Maybe they add something that transforms into a "runway" like-thing? Not sure how they'd go about that.
Could we see a mass market Star Saber or Deathsaurus, also around when we get these new primes, could we possibly see a reissue of the titan returns Sentinel Prime and the Very Rare Nova Prime? Kind of adding a full prime theme, why not reissue the 2 false primes
I'm kind of confused as to how they decided Micronus wouldn't be a core class. It's the smallest size class available without resurrecting the battlemaster size class.
As for a Commander class Silverbolt, I can see them working it out as a mix of his base mode and the Micromaster Combiner jet skeleton.
I hope they give him a third alt mode. Motormaster's rear section was still believable as an independent trailer disguise, but the rear section of a concorde jet wouldn't work in the same way. It needs to be able to transform into something else, even just a very simple vehicle, in addition the base mode. Hasbro should take inspiration from the Kenner MASK toy Meteor, which was a jet that split in half to become a smaller jet and a tank.
So we’re getting a new swindle in 2025… that means we’ll get a new bruticus… and if we get a Battle Gaia from this new bruticus, I’ll be a happy boy! Also sky byte, heatwave, wasp, onyx, venom and the fallen will also be definite buys from me.
I also think battle Gaia would go well with the haslab deathsaurus and the rumored upcoming pulse exclusive Dinoking recolor of core volcanicus
For context because i know TJ understadibly doesnt like crediting leakers, the onslaught of news this week is happening because JTprime, the main and most accredited leaker in the community is retiring. So before he does he released absolutely everything else he knows about. Studo series, the mahem attack squad, that megatron stuff, and this are part of this week of leaks. The question to does it ever stop actually might be Yes because this was the grand finale and we dont know who his replacement is or if they exist. This may be the end of how tf leaks have been for years.
Its not like JTprime works at Hasbro he's just some guy who hacks Amazon computers to find listings i'm sure someone else can work out how to do it

I get the feeling Swindle is the Animated version. Although I'd love if it were G1 Swindle and a sign of new Combaticons, and maybe a retool down the line to turn him into Animated Swindle. We desperately need new Combaticons!

Venom is a cicada, right? and his robot mode looks awfully similar to the torso of Magnaboss, so I'm calling it now, he'll be retooled into Cicadacon (or DJ, considering they went with Beast Wars II Skywarp).

I think a Animated Swindle would make sense because they're already doing the Aerialbots and that Hasbro seems to only do a commander class combiner once a year so I don't think they would be out of their minds to do two combiners in one year.
I hope the Fallen is based on how he looked in Dreamwave .
Lots to look forward to for sure! My only fear is that some of these Transformers may end up as shelve warmers and the others will sell very quickly (or be bought by scalpers who sell them 3 times the price!), that happens a lot these days, I can still find Legacy Wave 1 and the Toxitron figures at my local Walmarts! Selling a Deluxe at 35$ certainly doesn't help either... Anyway, I'm still looking forward to this new Transformers toy line. And the Studio Series is looking amazing as well for the 86 movie line!
Apparently, IDW Flatline was based on the Thrilling 30 Trailcutter toy, but that would be an even weirder pull for Hasbro!

Can’t wait to get my hands on the Aerialbots, Sky Byte who’s new mold could yield a Cybershark repaint and possibly a Hellscream, the Primes I am intrigued to see what their molds will be like, I hope Heatwave can switch between Fire truck to Fire boat, This Levee break of Transformers news will leave my wallet reeling for this year and the next.
I'm interested to see a Superion in a similar style to Menasor & while the LA Bee didn't look very interesting to me I'll probably get the Wasp version, And i don't know much about the 13 but i assume they'll base some on series they've been in like Alpha Trion on G1 & Vector Prime on Cybertron and the others they'll just make up completely new.

Armada Cyclonus could be retooled into Rescue Bots Blades due to the design similarities. I bet either Heatwave or a potential future Salvage could be a Trashmaster retool.
I think Silverbolt was concord, which are enormous. I'm assuming most of his jet mode will be the frame for the combiner. Robot mode will be just the front end of the jet, I'm guessing.
Honestly I hope Wasp comes with arm pieces that peg in so he can wield separate stingers. And yeah I'd love Animated Swindle (please have Combiner compatibility). Also Flatline was also a host body for Exarcheon at one point. Oh and I kinda hope Onyx Prime is an updated Power of the Primes Shockwave figure and has him as the core and Onyx as the armor.
Nexus Prime combiner is going to be the odd one out probably unless they have all thirteen Primes combine.
Skybite and Onyx Prime are the two I'm most excited for. Skybite was easily the best part of RID2001, and the winged Centaur that is Onyx is just badass. I also may go for Prima, just for the novelty of having the first Matrix bearer. Also, anyone else think we'll get a HasLab Primus to tie into this line, since he's the creator of the 13

If Swindle turns out to be the G1 version, I hope he's a better compromise between toy and cartoon versions than the Combiner Wars Hound retool was. That way we could get a Greejeeber out of him.

Definitely. Breakdown was the only Stunticon released in 2023. They can also repaint a G1 Swindle into more variants than Animated Swindle, like RiD Rollbar.
I wonder if Nexus Prime will be a gift set figure like the Toy colours Menasor and will be a rework of a future Commander Onslaught which will have a skeleton that allows him to form with either a member from each of the 4 teams or 2 aerialbots and 2 Combaticons based on the original Botcon figure

I hope the prime somehow incorporate the icons they gave got in POTP, since that was the first use of many of them.
I REALLY hope they do the opposite of Legacy and deliberately give the 13 a unique aesthetic instead of trying to G1-ify them.

Though that makes me wonder, how are they gonna make Amalgamous? Are Shifters gonna be the next Weaponizer-type character? I always thought some parts-forming, Mugenbine-like engineering would be the best way to represent in toy form characters that can transform into anything. Or, like Nexus Prime, combine into anything.
As for Superion and possibly Bruticus, I'm kinda split. On the one hand the skeleton combiner system of Menasor has kinda grown on me (especially since I made my personal headcanon that they can't combine the traditional way because of the Stunticons' disfunctional team dynamics and need the skeleton system for Motormaster to keep control of his teammates) and it would allow a more subdued version of the Scramble City-style combination by switching bots that become the same limbs (legs with legs, arms with arms); on the other hand, I really, REALLY think this system only works for Menasor both story- and structure-wise and don't want this to become the norm for all combiners moving forward.
I think Swindle is gonna be G1, with them focusing on Superion first and then Bruticus for one reason; clearly the 13 are a major part of this, and the components of the Collectors Club Nexus Prime were a mix of repaints from Bruticus and Superion Maximus, so I imagine the plan is to do Bruticus and Superion, then, perhaps as a a selects box set, release Nexus.
I've been hoping to see them do the Primes for ages now! I've often wondered if they would do them as RED figures given most members' lack of transformation, so the fact they're actually getting done "properly" is super cool! Kinda hoping they'll be based on the TF Prime designs from the flashback scenes (with no G1-ification to them), but that's probably unlikely given that you don't get a great look at all of them really, and characters like Micronus and Onyx feature more prominently in other series, so I'm only keeping my fingers crossed for Prima (because he looked freakin' sweet in those couple shots we got of him) and Solus Prime (so that we get that awesome design of her Forge).
Even if that's not what we get, this still pretty awesome news to me 😊
Leader the fallen won't be dreamwave the fallen, but machinima Megatronus, with a repaint into Necrotronus
I really expect Onslaught and Silverbolt to be leaders. They don’t need skeletons. Combiner wars combiners are still almost as tall as Legacy Menosaur
