Woah! This is so expressive, and the walk cycles are so good! I really can't belive how much effort you put, it makes it looks amazing! I really like how you do overal movements,like the little head / body movements while talking. (idk if i explained it well its like for example at abt 00:55 and 00:35 ) This is genuinely so good and so well animated! I really really like it personally, and idk why but this one makes me rlly curious abt all the lore/story! Overall this is amazing, and I don't know how else to describe it!!

Is this in the past or future? I kept trying to figure it out, it’s sort of hard to tell. Like where is Iasa and Mowette? Where’s Wander? When Zeruk is around Kyia, Iasa isn’t there, where is she?
But I love the chaotic things that are happening, so much raw emotion too!

@@Zeruk that’s cool! I’ve been looking forward to your series for a long time, it’s very interesting! I also wonder what happened with Iasa, Mowette, and Zeruk, did he finally manage to get away? In the “runaway” meme, Iasa told him to run so maybe she convinced him to go, but what happened to her and Mowette? Maybe Iasa went back to the pink cloud space where Skuil and Atichi were, let’s hope she’s doing ok! Next, there’s Lyki, maybe that’s even further in the future, if and/or when Zeruk leaves Kyla’s side. In the “Boy with luv” meme you said that it was all a bunch of different events, with Iasa and Zeruk possibly being the earliest event and Lyki being the most recent.
Maybe how Zeruk met Lyki was that he saw her dancing, and he loves to dance but doubts his ability. So when he sees her dancing he gets inspired and talks to her about it, and she encourages him/gives him tips, but it’s likely that they have already been friends before that since they seemed close in the beginning of the “She knows” meme.
Then finally, there’s Kurez… it seems he’s known Zeruk for quite some time, at least ever since or somewhat before the start of the series.
In one of the older memes Zeruk and Iasa were traveling and there were wanted posters everywhere. Then in the “infinity” meme Iasa and Skuil were shown with each other somewhere, and I guess they found out that Zeruk was battling Atichi, his eyes were black and purple so that shows that he was under the influence of Kurez. I thought I also saw what it seemed like to be the hamster being the one behind the wanted posters, and that provoked Zeruk so he fought with her. After that scene is possibly the reason Zeruk got imprisoned in some glass structure, maybe to keep him from endangering others and to see what was going on with him (it kind of seemed like some sort of laboratory, so maybe they are also trying to see how and why Kurez is in Zeruk’s head.)
At some point Zeruk either escapes or they let him out, for now I’ll assume that Iasa had something to do with it, maybe she rescued him. And now they meet Mowette for the first time and are stuck with her for the time being. In the “sarcasm” meme Zeruk is unconscious, maybe due to exhaustion, and that is his mysterious way of talking to Kurez in his mind. It seems to be confirmed that Kurez is in some sort of pocket space that is in Zeruk’s mind since the only way he could communicate with him was by not being conscious. At first it showed that Kurez was not interested in speaking to Zeruk, which kinda shows that they weren’t all that familiar with each other and possibly barely were acquainted. In that part Zeruk appears to be naive, believing Kurez isn’t all that bad but he was in for a surprise, as Kurez became somewhat chaotic and it made Zeruk scared and overwhelmed.
In the future, where Zeruk teams with Kyia and before there training session, he is shown arguing with Kurez. At that point it is clear he holds disdain for him and doesn’t want anything to do with Kurez anymore. However, he still is reliant on Kurez’s power, as shown when he had the black magic eyes.
I wonder how and when Zeruk and Kurez met, maybe Skuil had something to do with it? She seems to have an unidentified but strong power that could mess with one’s mind, maybe she’s the reason or is part of it.
Who knows what happened to Kurez? Is he deceased? He seems to have changed a lot since he was with Urnex and Chiri in his youth, he used to always be nervous and hesitant to fight, but wasn’t evil. Now, he doesn’t care anymore and is more on the evil side. Maybe he’s trapped, and is using Zeruk as a way to escape and become physical again, or his spirit inhabited Zeruk’s mind, and with all the evidence so far and the fact he wasn’t interested in talking with Zeruk, he likely didn’t choose to have Zeruk as his host. Something happened, and it’s still a mystery.

firstly 0:01 I have crazy respect for ppl who can make crowd scenes actually LOOK GOOD with ACTUAL CHARACTERS in them. Like I usually just smoosh in a bunch of grey shapes lmao drawing that many characters is a LOT of work!! ALSO, I love how the characters aren’t just random made up on the spot characters, some of them are actual real characters! Like I recognise kula, tokol and kyia, and also ur friends’ ocs! (I SEE THAT MAYA AND SHADOW HIDING)
But HMM. teams? I wonder if this is some competition or it’s just something they have to do in a specific time? Maybe like something dangerous that happens every year and they’d find a team to survive/keep safe? Or it’s like a competition, which also makes sense, since I’m ASSUMING, this is direct (or at least somewhere close) prequel to darling, and they were “training” then. Also when kyia checks up on zeruk in insanity he didn’t look surprised to see her, which would make sense if this took place somewhere close together bc zeruk is teamed with kyia during this time! 0:20 THIS SCENE IS SO COLO. literally certified goosebumps waaa I love the transitions of his expression, when the bg shows his enemies, kyia and mowette, he looks upset and hopeless, but when it flashes to his friends, iasa and tokol, his eyes turns normal and he looks determined! The transition to the run cycle with him and kurez is so well done ahh I love how determined zeruk looks, its like he’s convinced that there is still hope to fix everything, especially now with kurezs help.

0:41 this part is sooo well done gosh I love that transition. Also pretty interesting,, it looks like he’s finally snapped. While I just realised this was never confirmed, I assumed kurez offered to help zeruk or smth when he was at his lowest and that’s why he listens and follows kurezs directions despite him being a random creepy dead ghost guy in a whole different dimension. And this scene looks like he realised that he is going nowhere and blames kurez for it. For like yknow manipulating him and taking advantage of his desperation? Lol and from kurezs reaction at 0:45 (I LOVE THAY EXPRESSION BTW E) it doesn’t look like zeruk might be wrong..

The goosebumps is crazy and oh my. the amount of new theories I got from this one part. bro I swear just because of this one part this comment is going to take 10 years jhanjssb seriously it has never occurred to me, even once that there might be another reason kurez doesnt seem to be on perfect terms with urnex. goshhhh but srsly, everything in here is so well done. i love the giant figures behind them represent someone theyve disappointed,, so. we all know tokol and zeruk used to be friendos, (and maybe they were a ‘team’? ykow b4 tokol left) but tokol, for some reason, left zeruk. my current theory is that tokol got upset with zeruk after discovering how he has been getting close with kyia, (whos a literal criminal and is his ex) and was like “omigosh why u befriending bad guy!!! grrrr!!” and left him, and that made him SAD 😱😱😭😭. but hes dumb so maybe he doesnt even realise tokol left him bc of kyia and thought it was bc he was weak/wasnt good enough, so thas why he started trainibg rlly hard, like hes trying to make up to tokol bc hes “disappointed” in him now. and im honestly super suprised to see that kurez and urnex mightve had a similar thing happen that broke them apart. original theory was, kurez was mad he died and blamed urnex bc he was always pushing him and urging him to fight. but now. hmmHmMmm. maybe kurez is worried urnex might be disappointed in him bc he. yknow. died lol. or is it bc he took a darker path? or is it something else taht hasnt been revealed yet?? :000 Ooooo im gettinf so interested into teh lore hereee mmm also its interesting how the giant shapes resemble the lads enough that u can still tell who they are supposed to be but are still transparent has empty eyes, which makes it pretty obvious that they are imaginations. not the actual lad. this could be showing that it might just be what they believed, that they are the one thinking these guys are disappointed in them and that they can never make up. which, who knows, could be or not be true?? again a stretch but ahhahash i love trying to pay vv close attention to everything to find any of them juicy symbolisms eeeimsosorry 😭😭 also may i just add how i love the small detail of zeruks eye changing to normal when he yells at kurez? its like its resembling how zeruk is finally fighting back, finally trying to break from kurezs control, and thus, loosing the dark eyes and turning into his normal eyes. ALSO. PLS. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE HIW KUREZ LOOJS AT 1:01 . 1:05 small one but. when zeruk said “i cant feel you there” he looks up at the sky, looking surprised and confused. this could maybe be that he cant feel kurez anymore, like hes lost connection with him. as per the popular theory, kurez is dead and only zeruk/ppl he chooses can see him in the dark purple realm thingy. maybe bc zeruk decided to turn against kurez and reject his help, kurez decided to abandon him, maybe? thats why zeruk suddenly looked so lost, bc even though he chose that, he was still stunned to have lost what could be his last hope. also 1:10 fits so well as the transition into darling if this is a prequel to it!

I find when I spend a lot of time on a finished project I never want to look at it again because I see all the mistakes or stuff I could’ve done better when casual viewers won’t even notice them, give it some time I’m sure you’ll come around!
