Great job. That Silicone will dry clear. I asked that same question a few years back, but to my surprise it cleared up. Very odd. Thank you for sharing.
so just curious i see drywall on the other side of the shower would it have not been better to cut the drywall and leave the tile as untouched as possible? just seems ignorant to cut a giant chunk of tile out when it could of been accessed from the back
""Sometimes you may not have access from behind the shower for repairs, and the only option is to work from the inside. In this video I'll share how to do and give out some pointers.""
@@DIYPlumbingGuy Why is it off center? Did you cut too much on the left side and have to shift it in that direction? Why didn't you use the template that comes with the kit?
The way you use the channel lock to turn the pipe cutter in a tight spot is a great idea! I'll have to remember that.
Yes! Sometimes we have to get creative. These little tips are longtime favorites… thanks for watching.

Excellent instruction
Do you have a video that shows how to replace the 3 piece handle system with another 3 piece handles set??
_FINALLY_ a video that shows how it’s really done and not one where people can magically remove the entire back of the wall!
I like the tin foil heat shield hack. Good idea.
Thank you for video
Good job 👏
hey which area you work on i mean we need the same work and we live in Brampton Ontario. or do you know anybody who can take care off
Sometimes the silicone dries clear, haha. Nice job.
Very nice brother, but is it crooked or just the camera angle?
It did came off center. Next time I’ll try to get really center. Good catch!!!
@@DIYPlumbingGuy Dang, I hope you didn't charge for that 🤣

@@DIYPlumbingGuy lol... if the splash ring / plate was colored like a dart board you would have had some splainin to do : )
Excellent, thank you!

Sir what is the big round piece in the middle called
DELTA FAUCET Cover Plate RP29827, 13 x 8.12 x 0.38 inches, Chrome: amzn.to/3OksbbO
the 'mistakes' hider
Nice work. But please use a guard on that grinder. In a split-second, that blade can do major damage to your hand, etc.
Great tip! For sure safety first, thanks for watching out.
One suggestion: bleed the lines and valve without cartridge in it so sediments, flux, and solder don't clog cartridge
Good call, yes, sometimes we go too fast and forget these little details that can cause headaches later on… thanks for the suggestion.
I want the opposite. One handle and I want two handles
two handles are dangerous and actually illegal in the most developed countries
something to do with body scolding
