Probably caused by low stomach acid, low fiber, high stress, drugs, alcohol, or genetic low DAO. Candida is caused by sugar. Cut our sugar SLOWLY, else you'll experience liver overburden and then you'll get really sick. The candida release toxins when they die. This is what I've learned and these things are as true as I can validate.

Apple cider vinegar with tea, water, or lemon juice helps with burning, gonna try the bitters. Hi Debbie, Rowena here from The SIBO Doctor. It would be best to speak to a healthcare professional about what the cause may be - if you aren't currently working with someone, you want to consider someone from our list: www.sibotest.com/practitioners/search
Interesting about the apple cider. I've never drink the stuff with water. I would usually add a capful to my daily salad. But from the way it sounds I need more.
Doesn't stomach acid decrease a lot with age, especially in the 60's? I'm wondering if as we grow older, even when managing stress in a healthy way, will seniors need to add acid?
i understand that enzymes don’t affect stomach acid but they do aid in the breakdown of proteins when stomach acid is low. so they do help with digestion. they’re not supposed to affect stomach acid only the food /proteins
Depends on the enzymes - the vegetarian ones are acid resistant, the pancreatic are not - may need to be enteric coated to get them into the small intestine intact.

Thank you this was extremely helpful and putting everything in order. I wasn’t quite sure when you talked about the mucosal lining of the stomach, what is best to support that? Thank you
Interesting… Since zinc cannot be taken on an empty stomach because it causes nausea, how could it be taken (best way) to help improve mucosal lining of the stomach?
Im no expert but just reporting what Dr. Berg recommends. He's also on YT with research about gut health. Just rmbr him recommending it specifically for the stomach lining. I imagine it keeps mucousal layer more free flowing and strong against things like allergens. Any way taken not irritating to an individual, should be fine. Just getting enough in diet is what I meant.

And constipation . Stomach issue run in my family but no one has had positive results from doctors. 2 years ago I got to where I seemed allergic/ intolerance to all my foods . Went to the doctor no help so I figured it out myself . Was fine for almost a year and lost 30 pounds . Then it hit me again and gained weight back , get tired, migraines , nausea, bloating , pain etc . Someone told me the other day maybe it my gallbladder . Everytime I eat I’m a mess even fuzzy thinking , get super cold , tired like my blood pressure lowers Idn just guessing . Last year for 3 months my hair just started falling out . I’ve had stomach issues like half my life so far... I think it’s also related to me growing up in a stressful toxic environment and depression and me being a highly sensitive person... I’m wondering if you too are a highly sensitive person... I want to get tested for celiac disease... best wishes

I've been suffering with the same for almost a decade. But I was able to manage it to a great extend. First and most important thing is to NOT eat more than 70-80% of your capacity (NEVER). NEVER lie down/sleep for at least couple of hours after eating. For better digestion you can take aloe vera juice and wheatgrass juice in morning and an hour before going to bed, that helps a lot. Try yoga for at least 3-4 days a week. Trust me no medicine helped me, but this simple changes did wonder. If you follow this strictly you'll definitely feel better. Also, check for vitamin B12 levels, and supplement it if it's less. Let me know your experience after 3-4 weeks.

Thank you doctor, keto helped me actually. When I'm in keto I got less likely mouth ulcers. Now I sleep sitting and eat normal and I don't get mouth ulcers, but when I was in keto I slept lying down and didn't get mouth ulcers. So yeah keto is better for low stomach acid in that respect in my opinion.
My gastroenterologist was treating me for an ulcer and had me on both PPI's and H2 blockers for over a year. It did not cure my ulcer but I believe it lowered my acid levels and messed with my gut microbiome. I now have SIBO. I did wean myself from the acid reducers by using DGL. Could low stomach acid also cause a problem with the ALBUMIN/CREATININE RATIO?

Probably caused by low stomach acid, low fiber, high stress, drugs, alcohol, or genetic low DAO. Candida is caused by sugar. Cut our sugar SLOWLY, else you'll experience liver overburden and then you'll get really sick. The candida release toxins when they die.
This is what I've learned and these things are as true as I can validate.
I did enjoyed indeed. It was a great presentation. Thanks to the presenter.
Thank you very much!
Can you list the names of the bitters you talked avount plz x
If you have SIBO, is it advisable to take ACV? thanks in advance.
I have found for relief of constipation, celery juice first in morning. I have had digestive issues for years. Apple cider vinegar with tea, water, or lemon juice helps with burning, gonna try the bitters.
My biggest problem is myself, I tend to get lazy on my protocol, then symptoms remind me I have not healed yet.
Bitters are nasty and I reacted badly. 🤑

And I am taking Zinc Carnosine , Magnesium citrate.

Hi Debbie, Rowena here from The SIBO Doctor. It would be best to speak to a healthcare professional about what the cause may be - if you aren't currently working with someone, you want to consider someone from our list: www.sibotest.com/practitioners/search
Great explanations …👍
Interesting about the apple cider. I've never drink the stuff with water. I would usually add a capful to my daily salad. But from the way it sounds I need more.

I cannot understand the name of the company that makes the bitters. Would you please type that in your videos? Thanks. Around minute 13:37.
Doesn't stomach acid decrease a lot with age, especially in the 60's? I'm wondering if as we grow older, even when managing stress in a healthy way, will seniors need to add acid?
Yes it does
Thank you for this
i understand that enzymes don’t affect stomach acid but they do aid in the breakdown of proteins when stomach acid is low. so they do help with digestion. they’re not supposed to affect stomach acid only the food /proteins
Depends on the enzymes - the vegetarian ones are acid resistant, the pancreatic are not - may need to be enteric coated to get them into the small intestine intact.
you are amazing I foind this video the most helpful for my problem. I have been under constant stress for last year and my symphateticus has overriden eveything. Now I have indigestion, really low HCL so I am going to try relax more and try bitter herbs. thank you!

I had H PYLORI years ago and took only a portion of antibiotics to get rid of it and then took probiotics only from that point on for years.
Now this month 12/21 all hell broke loose and I have SIBO symptoms (self diagnosed)
same. had h pylori and its gone. now i have sibo and potentially candida aswell because I have a white tongue. its quite visible.
both increase the lemon water in the morning with a dash of salt, room temperature or tepid, after an hour you will be hungry thats a good sign
I also do the apple cider vinegar, in water everytime I'm very full or Im eating a big meal and it helps, you need to run from sugars,

Thank you this was extremely helpful and putting everything in order. I wasn’t quite sure when you talked about the mucosal lining of the stomach, what is best to support that? Thank you
Zinc
Interesting… Since zinc cannot be taken on an empty stomach because it causes nausea, how could it be taken (best way) to help improve mucosal lining of the stomach?
Im no expert but just reporting what Dr. Berg recommends. He's also on YT with research about gut health. Just rmbr him recommending it specifically for the stomach lining. I imagine it keeps mucousal layer more free flowing and strong against things like allergens. Any way taken not irritating to an individual, should be fine. Just getting enough in diet is what I meant.
Water supports the improvement of the mucosal lining of the stomach. Taking the right amount of water for your weight will help the stomach wall.

It starts with Acid Reflux and many other help issues. Most the people who has Acid Reflux HAVE NO CLUE , THEY HAVE IT . I just found out a month ago, my sister in law , my cousin ( who's spouse died from Esophageal cancer ) she has Acid Reflux , that starts all this stuff .
I only take *Zinc Carosine, DGL and Slippery Elm* . I have to let my sister in law know about this, because she's so clueless, but at the same time, I don't want to upset her.

Yes. I've done this many times.
I can not find any help anywhere... I told my doctor and he hasn't even heard of SIBO and has done nothing to help me and didn't even seem concerned... I am hanging on by a thread for almost 2 months using ACV daily and occasional salt water flushes (which suck and I do not want to do)... I had my bloating and gas under control for a week or two and it began to come back. Any time I try to eat anything new at all or change diet at all my whole system freaks out... I hope to get this under control for good.. Thank you for your help!
If your doctor helped you, you wouldn't need them. That DESTROYS their business model. Their years of learning are spend learning how to push drugs. That is how they pay for school loans. It's been designed that way. Since the 30's. Basically 100 years of being poisoned. Can't imagine why cancer and autism are at all time highs and climbing exponentially.
@@mackelby1 yeah I know.. what about specialists though? Or natural healers? They exist...
@@MADdabber710OIL I think specialization makes it easier for big pharma. More profit centers for clinics. It promotes laziness and in the field. When I was younger you had your doctor, if you needed a surgeon then you saw a second doctor. It also makes it easier for them to create even more confusing billing practices. No telling how much is billed out that never happened. I bet it is astronomical.

New subscriber I enjoy your video God bless you keep up the good work🙏🏻💐💕
For some reason the video had several missing sections freezing up while you were talking on this important information ☹️
I’ve been having stomach issues since I was 15 . I’m 46 now . No doctor has ever helped me . Just anti acid and prescription for gerd . Always had issues with acid reflex , really extreme . I know have about half the amount. Please let me know if you have any ideas. I’m exhausted with all this ! I can connect with the chronic stress
Try to check ur thyroid.
You could have POTS, or you may need high dose vitamin B1 or the fat soluble B1 called Benfotiamine, your symptoms echo my own, the least you can do is look at these possibilities.
I’ve had stomach issues like half my life so far... I think it’s also related to me growing up in a stressful toxic environment and depression and me being a highly sensitive person... I’m wondering if you too are a highly sensitive person... I want to get tested for celiac disease... best wishes
@@eheheh3263 yes I am , have been researching that as well . I try to limit my stress now but always attract problem people . Always trying to help people . It’s hard to disconnect for my own health and sanity . Getting better though but always taking in others pain and issues . Put other first , I’m last and still fighting that as well .
What is the best test, most accurate, high sensitivity test for sibo and H-pylori?
Sibo, get the $40 Undoctored course by Dr Davis M.D.
Cheaper than going to a doctor...
you said you only saw 2 cases of not enough stomach acid, meaning a no flavor response to the zinc test in 2 years. than you said most people are running around with not enough acid. than what's wrong with the other people that come into your office.? you would think they have it.
Hi you didn't mention acid reflux as one of the symptoms of low stomach acid, do you not think this is related?
Yes!
Have you had any experience treating male patients with osteoporosis and chronic autoimmune gastritis and mineral deficiencies including copper?

Hi Ada, I am from Argentina too
How long does it take to rebuild the acidity in your stomach?
There are too many factors to generalize. It can take a long time!
What do you think about betaine HCL with pepsin?
HCL must contain pepsin if want to work.
Please make short videos
Very informative thanx, where can i buy or order bitterdrops in europe?
Can this also cause feeling of lump in throat
I believe so...I had some coconut cream the other day and it sit in my throat like a mass of fat....so hours later I had some water with apple cider vinegar and purped a few and I felt much better after. Probably wasn't enough Stomach acid to break down the protein from the fatty coconut cream.
Can you suggest a good Naturopath in Canberra ACT?
Stomach gurgles A LOT through the day. Is this low or high stomach acid issues?
I have had acid reflux for a long as I can remember. I now have Barrets Esophagus Disease. I do not have a gallbladder and I have an enlarged liver and stomach inflammation and an Ulcer. I have been check for H Pilori and it's negative. I'm deficient in Vit D. Si I do take vitamins daily. I've been on acid meds for many years years now. What can I do to get rid of the Barrets and medications?
You must take digestive enzymes and bile support tablets you have no gall bladder so you are low on bile and your poor liver has to deal with everything. Bile is essential for digesting fats
Type in youtube "acid reflux and GI anti inflammatory" this guy has no gall bladder and barrett and makes this aloe Vere gel with coconut water and says its really good to treat.
Vitamin D is made inside the body it can t be made You must ly under the sunlight between 11 am and 1pm several days a week ( every day ) for 1 hour cover just your head (protect from sunhit) eat fish and food that contains omega 3 and 6 eat organic olive oil organic the one that taste bitter eqt dattes and fig everyday cook your own bread made with homemade yeast ( wheat flour + barn + grains: black seed+flackseed+sesame+ ) for liver issue fast monday and thursday ( muslim fasting )u make a cleanse.
cook your food on cooper ware / stainless steel and the best is pottery pot or tajin( not coated).
