I just bought my first mower. I have a blower and a weed eater. Borrowing my grandpa's trailer. Planned this all last week and this video shows up in my recommendations. I guess everything is falling in to place for once. Must be all that good clean living. Nice video by the way
@@jayman61ca I worked at a place with a bigger yard and more equipment but I think your not considering the fact his company has 4 or 5 entire yards like the one your speaking of. 200 employees + like the company I worked for but we had one massive yard. Tractor trailers/mulch spraying semi trucks and even the huge 5 deck Toro reel mowers for golf courses. Flawless landscaping in Palm Bay FL 🌞
@@michealshelton2133 think you missed the point that i was making fun of the company i use to work for :) they had a lot of trucks that should be in a scrap year
This is the one of the greatest examples that this is the greatest country in the world.. a country full of opportunities! that if you have a dream, heart and drive, you can achieve it. This man is an inspiration to myself and should be for this new generation and those who work hard and have goals. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯💯🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🍺🍺✊🏾
I would have a panic attack most likely daily trying to run something that big. But he seems like he loves what he does so good for him. Thanks for showing us the inside of such a big operation.
It shows where his heart is, to hear that an employee is doing better than before. We used to have three trucks running me my brother and my dads. Now it's down to me. Now after a bout with cancer my goals are to reach $120,000 to $180.000 a year for a two person truck only running 5 days. Corey has shown how it's done. My quote is there is more grass to cut out there than lawn operators. So open up your own company and make the money. Great video
I don’t understand why would anybody dislike this video it was so raw and genuine so happy for the owners and the whole team that has worked day and night to build that company, great video !
So true, I wish people would take all the positive content and apply it to them selfs instead of bashing something great. Keep pumping positive content brother!
This just blows my mind, how big that company is! So amazing. I've been cutting a minimal amount of yards for years and could never imagine getting that big. Yet again, I wouldn't want to be that big but this is just so cool.
Cant wait to meet this guy, would love to be able to get into contact with him to ask five minutes of questions !! He has what I want from mindset to business growth. Hope to get to meet him at the Lawntreprenuer Live Event, I have purchased my ticket and I am fully prepared to suit up and show up !! See ya'll there !!
Too cool! I like that he was thinking of his guys with the laundry room and snack machines. You can tell that he was in their shoes and understands every aspect of the game!
Excellent, Excellent video Brian... You did a great job and I enjoyed it very much... Thank You for being a respectful young man. I’m proud of you and I’m sure you’re parents are too.
It was awesome to here how he appreciates his employees. When he said how happy he was to here his employees say things like how they had a great Christmas…..that’s the sign of an exceptional employer.
Thanks for the tour Kory! Let Kory know down below you guys appreciated the behind the scenes look at Perficut! 👇 If you guys want to see his shop tour of Ballard Products, check it out here bit.ly/3d5gVew
Big respect for that company. It's not easy keeping all your employees on the right page, even if you have the smoothest operation in the country. A little incentive/motivational talks and things should square up quickly. It seems as if there's a 'tier up' almost in lawncare. You have the mom & pop business running basic equipment, then the clean cut guys with their new riding mowers and their name on their shiny new trailer, and then you have the 'Tier 1'/Corporate-style outfits. It must really take a lot of work to get from one stage to the next. I mean, how much more work would you or any of the RUclips lawncare community have to do to have your own vehicle lifts installed in your buildings? And your own yard with your own fuel storage tanks. Holy smokes.
That’s a great boss/owner right there. The fact he said he loved hearing employees talk about there accomplishments, that is to amazing. Kudos my guy! To bad all owners/ bosses are not like that take care.
That mounted bike repair stand for trimmers repairs is genius for do it yourselfers. Great vid of how a great landscape/lawncare business operation works!
Hey! Hey! I am binge watching (yesterday and today).....but being VERY selective as to what I am consuming! This was absolutely amazing. Great info, great insight, great time. Just starting out in the Lawn Care Space (well, professionally speaking....been a Lawn Care enthusiast for all my life) so this was really inspiring. Biggest take away.....getting and retaining employees. Looking forward - when the time is right - to hiring my first person.
Cleanliness leads to orderliness and safety and sets a tone for high performance in all aspects of the business. I've never seen a truly successful company that didn't have a high level focus on order and cleanliness .
Awesome video Brian! I just bought one of Kory's chute blockers, i cant wait to get it and installed on my Ikon 42xd. Much love from st Charles MO ✌ HELL of a setup hes got there
@ballardproducts and Corey are awesome 👌. His lawn care business is phenomenal. Great example of what a heart, goals, hustle, and good workers with support anything is possible. Awesome video @brianlawnmaintenance . Glad to see yall back to the daily grind.
Dammn me with my 30 customers and fulltime job aside of lawns and seeing this guys business from when he was pushing mowers is just like wow!! Great vid!
It's really interesting to read the comments. I work for this company for 12 years and just in the past year is when they got all these upgrades I've seen the company when it wasn't as pretty.
Love these awesome insight videos mate 👍 All subscribed with my business page now too buddy. Been watching your vids for a long time, thanks for taking the time mate 😀
Love the video. I would like to see a good video interview with his business breakdown on paper. Like explaining where he gaining profit, losing profit, cost differences for in house maintenance vs outside maintenance etc. good stuff though!
You could learn a lot from this guy. Holy crap. I like what he said at the end about finding what's right for you and your family. Bigger isn't always better. Word.
That is pretty sweet!!! Hunter's Lawns out of Maplewood MN is just Me, my girlfriend just started helping me after her restaurant has been closed. Guess what she has fallen in love with it. I want to focus on 2 or 3 crew's for lawn care plowing and I want to also move in building & design. Some day!!!

I have ten employees and I’m already about to have a heart attack. Couldn’t imagine 200.
He has managers that make sure everyone is in line though
Yo, this man is goals! You don't get to this level without sacrificing your whole damn life. Thank you for this, Kory & Brian!
Dude he had to put everything he had into that business

I love how he says “Some” but he has the most equipment I have ever seen
i worked at a company that had more then they even had two garbage trucks lots of other trucks but most of them where close to the junk yard :)
Dude seems very humble. I think that's the most important thing most people overlook.

That is because employees make you or break you
Caring for the emplyees helps the bottom line
This is the cleanest landscaping shop I’ve ever seen.
