This video provides a little insight into why Larussa is a 3x World Champion Hall of Fame manager and Dusty Baker is...uh...well...not so much. I have ended up disliking every team managed by Baker during his tenure going all the way back to the Giants. He has a certain cocky entitled demeanor about him that I think infects a whole team. And then when things don't go his way, he acts like a spoiled kid.
Gee, I'm guessing you're a race-baiter who isn't competent enough to debate on substance and therefore pulls the race card at every opportunity. If you want to bring race into it, look up some of Baker's comments. Or, here, I'll save you the trouble: "You're always in need of left-handed pitching, left-handed hitting, and in need of speed," he said. "I think that's the number one thing that's missing, I think, in the game is speed. You know, with the need for minorities, you can help yourself -- you've got a better chance of getting some speed with Latin and African-Americans. "I'm not being racist," he added. "That's just how it is." (From a Dec. 8, 2015 ESPN article).

2:47 cant quite make out what he is saying here
dont know which is scarier Tonys eyes or Dustys big body
Dusty allll the way here. He hated La Rusa and he let evrybody know it to. love Dusty.
Crusty Dusty the Choke Artist Sucks!
Well, he had no reason to. Baker was a flat thug in this one. Looked like an Obama -ite.
I miss Stone's sly humor.
Chip's too.
Steve Stone: Awe, some hostility there. Probably not deciding where they are having dinner.
La Russa looked drunk there...Probably went for a drive afterward.
Dusty wishes he was half the manager la Russa was
one guy doesn't win you a championship. Just ask the juiced Barry Bonds or the juiced/corked bat Sosa, both of which played under which of these 2 managers again? Yeah, neither one had a 100% clean team, so quit acting like Baker is so great!
u mean half the asshole larussa is
Dusty was the asshole. Not La Russa.
As a Cardinals fan, I'll take 2 world series rings over postseason choke after postseason choke, Terry.
Wrong! Dusty certainly WAS half the manager LaRussa was.
Hi go cubs
Typical Dusty Baker baseball. He would rather scrum. Bad manager. BOTH for the Cubs and Reds.
Chicago bears and Chicago Cubs nice combination team,,😁
I like the way Sosa cries about a called strike right down the middle 🙄
Obviously Stone was being extremely sarcastic when he states Martinez is out by 30 ft! Chip was ok but he wasn't his grandfather, not by a long shot. I would've loved to her Harry's play by play on this one,, it would have been epic..
the best thing was Santo had to go to hospital and Stone and Pat Hughes called the playoffs on radio
Harry definitely called em like he seen em.
The slide into second @4:40 is absolutely awful and he actually may have been safe, but he seems to WANT the fielder to tag him out.
This was the season of Steve Bartman.
yes, the cubs had a good team. the cardinals had an offense that could score 18 runs in a 3 game series by getting them 17, 0, 1. The Cardinals also had almost zero pitching
Two people I have 0 respect for Krystal the Clown and Tony the Alkie!
A manager should lead the way, not fall apart into infantile name calling. Not cool.
I think Steve Stone exaggerated the runner being out by thirty feet.
The runner is out by a good 30 feet....... foot is 12 inches from the plate before the tag is applied.
Wave em home Wendell was the Cubs 3rd base coach. Wtf. I thought he was done after Boston.
2022, totally forgot that Pujols played OF.
Or, here, I'll save you the trouble:
"You're always in need of left-handed pitching, left-handed hitting, and in need of speed," he said.
