Check your gauges far more frequently during wreck diving. It's very easy to get distracted by cool stuff. Take 2 GOOD torches with you. Lock down your flappysnag stuff. Watch your head on bulkheads. I found out the hard way! Careful where you put your feet. Too easy to get a fin trapped. Again, found out the hard way! Make sure your camera is on a full charge. There are so many good photo opportunities on a wreck. Watch your depth. It's very easy to misjudge depth on a wreck and find yourself at 70+ feet when a few seconds earlier you were at 50. I've dived the Kittiwake off Grand Cayman loads of times but never take it for granted.

A very good sentiment. Testosterone toxicity is a major diver killer and that there’s a huge discrepancy between male and female diving accident fatalities sure does ring a bell. I want to grow old so I’m diving like a girl! 😅😂
thank you Mark for a great points of wreck diving - anyway can you make some video about theory of escaping from sinking ship? It is certainly better to leave the ship before it sinks but if you fall asleep or you have bad day... I am thinking about all factors - there can be some "air pockets" but the water pressure will equalize air pressure so you can suffer from decompression sickness after while when you are trying to find way out. If you know how deep you are when is better try to escape and when is impossible to escape .. like 20m is OK, 50m is so so, 100m is ideal time to have the last drink :X What are do's and don'ts? Of course exhale during ascent. But should I think about the ascent speed etc?

Just hold onto a line
If your diving wrecks in the uk they sometimes have fishing nets on them. Sometimes you don't see them because they hanging above you.

Never try to memorize your way in and out. Always run line.
My tips.Use and pay for a local guide. Don’t touch or take. The only thing to take are pictures.
I prefer to go shipwreck diving with an experienced guide. Especially when diving in unfamiliar wrecks. I won’t let my ego be the cause of my demise.

I still can't make up my mind if l would like to do wreck course or not :/
If you ever want to do the advanced wreck course you HAVE to do the basic wreck one.

Sense of direction in a wreck... not a thing. Use a line and cookies.
When in a wreck, pull yourself through the wreck with you hands, you wont kick up silt.
