2 tbsp gram flour
For Chicken:
500 g chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chili paste
½ tsp salt
For Potatoes:
Raw potatoes cut into french fries shape
Red, green, yellow food colour
4_5 boiled eggs
Pulao masala:
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 mace
⅓ nutmeg
1 tsp black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
Cloves 7-8
For Pulao:

½ tsp pepper corn
4-5 cloves
2-3 bay leaves
2 cup onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp green chilli paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp salt or as require
1 cup curd
4 cup basmati rice (800g )
1 tbsp desi ghee

Fried onion
