Thank you sir! Watching your videos brings me back to my childhood. I am to start my own boomerang restoration with my son during Christmas. It is also a 5855 1986 model that has been preserved in loft for 25 -30 years!! Just ordered new shell and original decals plus replacement battery cover otherwise everything else appears in order!!
Looks great ! Adding in the differences between the original and the re release would of been interesting to hear. Yeah I could Google it, but you pointing it out on video would be more entertaining 😁 The Boomerang is a great looking buggy, but never held my attention like the Hotshot . Can you give a hint of your rare project coming up? The suspense is killing me!

Have you attempted putting the MIP ball diff in it yet?? Between building cats I'm doing a rebuild on my old boomerang with 4 shocks and just found the mip ball diff.
On my 1986 Boomerang, i do not have the amount of travel you do on your front steering. i have very little travel, is there an adjustment for this. How should i go about getting more turning radius?
FlyingAmbo They just have subtle differences and to be very honest I can’t remember with out checking 😂👊🏻. This one was pretty beat up and showing it’s age + it had the old MSC fitted.
