Definitely a Eb5! I Tried harmonizing with her C#5 and when it goes to that clip the note wasn't the same and when I equalize it with my voice I had to go higher. Nice calling, I noticed something not right there too but ignored it XD
She's always been better at mixing than the likes of Carrie and Christina, that's why she's able to belt higher. But yeah, she used to carry way too much weight up there for her voice size. Now that she's dropped the weight a bit and is relying on more resonance, she's able to do the notes more consistently

No, Carrie is a lyric soprano that over stretches her vocal tract in an attempt to change the color of her voice - but her natural color is a classic example of that of a lyric soprano. Problem is that she grew up listening to Martina McBride, a TRUE mezzo - and tried so hard to emulate her sound in the earliest stages of her voice's development, that she basically "self-trained" herself to sing in a way that isn't natural for her. That's why her voice will begin to deteriorate pretty soon.

Well, then she will still be doing her instrument a major disservice by opting not to harness its full potential. Either way, her voice will start to tire out if she continues to sing like that. Lyric sopranos aren't supposed to carry up that much weight, even if they do have spinto qualities like Carrie. The reason why she's so throaty is because she uses her THROAT to manipulate the color of her voice. She wants to sound like a mezzo, but she's not.
