I see the only mistake by the FO was stowing the speed brakes with F1. If he kept them out and went for F2 it would have been close but could have worked out just beautifully.
I won't add any more specific approach videos and instead will focus on how to understand the subject better. If you really understand what's going on, you can fly into any airport without memorizing what needs to be done beforehand.
