I have been pronouncing that word in the Ayah of Surah Hud like that for over fifty years simply just because that’s the way my mother recited the Ayah; and she recited that Ayah a lot. May Allah SWT grant her and all our departed parents Aljanatul Firdaus. Aameen.
Jazakumllah Khayran Ustadh and your team for the good work that you do.
SubhanAllah. Your mother seemed like a righteous woman. Allah bless her immensely. And make our families like that, where one of the treasured memories is how our mothers would recite the quran. Ameen
In my other Qur'an Mushaf
The raa has a kasrah under it
So I used to read it
Majriha
(Even though I had a teacher he did not inform me)
After a few years
I was listening to a Quran recitation
The reciter read it with a slanting voice
Specifically, he read Majreha
I thought that he was reciting in other riwāyah
But then I listened to other recitors
Who recited in Hafs an Asim
All of them recited it as Majreha
I was confused
There was nothing about it in the internet
(As I no longer had a teacher)
So, I recited it Majreha
Finally you uploaded a video about it
Jazakallah Khair
Sorry for the long comment
(My thumbs are paining)
Same. I didn't expect that one.
I guess they couldn’t find the dot under the ر and realized it wasn’t a Unicode character so that’s why the kasra was there instead of the lower • dot?
You are not alone, many muslims are confused because there is no law or rule that was not invented by men after muhammad to try and rescue him and his Allah from the issues in the quran.
I was thinking to start tajweed course, beside my regular uploading program, but after watching this .. I am promoting your lessons as it serve the best.
In my opinion, i think you should continue uploading. ان شاء الله خير

Good explain.thanks
Thank you so much for such an informative video
شكرآ على الإفادة.
In a tasfir explanation by Nouman Ali Khan, he said one explanation as to why the word is "mejreha" (literal meaning: its moving course) is because imala means inclination/slanting and the boat was doing exactly that... the boat slanted and moved around a lot.
And [Noah] said, "Embark therein; in the name of Allāh [are] its course and its anchorage. Indeed, my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful." (Quran 11:41)
Thank you brother. Such an important recitation difference.. never knew it existed until I noticed the difference in the dot under Ra and found your explanation. May Allah guide us to understand and follow the Quran.
Rarest tajweed rule actually sounds like the world rare, easier to remember.

جزاكم الله خيرا عن المسلمين الغير متحديثين باللغة العربية وحتي المتحدثين يحتاجون إلي التعلم
As a lebanese person we use imala kibra feature in daily speech. For example. "Baab" becomes "beb" but we don't use it for any religious terms like the Quran we just say Quran or Allah we just say Allah, but I know back in the day they would say "illeh" and would use the imala on such terms. Very fascinating.
I was reading this same verse didn't know how to pronounce it
إن شاء الله
Thanks to Allah Taala
which app or browser syekh used explaining all these?can anyone inform me?

Ya ustadh, who can you suggest a Qari that we should somehow follow to recite that is the same with your reciting of the Qur'an? Could you suggest one? So that we can also apply fully what we are learning from your videos. Shukran.

In French there’s ‘e accent aigue’ and sounds similar
How can we treat imalah qubra in English? /e/ or /I/?
Only 2 Suwar starts with this combo?
Surah Fil does not begin with Alif,Lam,Meem?
❤❤❤❤
since the latin e exists in Quranic-Arabic, does the latin o also exist in Quranic-Arabic?
0:18 Doesn’t Surat Al-Fil also begin with الم?

Imala kubra ressembles to the french "é" ( in opposite to the french "ai" which is more like hamza)
