This soup is way better than pho.
Those who may not know in Vietnamese it’s known as Hu Tieu. Some pho shops have them. Sometime it’s just beef pho with different toppings so it’s not 100% legit.

Correct, the Vietnam version of this is Hu Thieu Nam Vang
