I LOVE B&M inverts. Montu is my all time favorite roller coaster and it is amazing that almost 20 years later the B&M invert is still an amazing concept. I can't wait to try this one out! The first inversion looks intriguing.
I don't know why people are complaining! It looks like a fun ride with lots of cool features. That last inversion looks awesome! Although I am sure I will never get to ride this invert, I have bee on many others and it's always a blast!

It has a very steep drop that should provide some interesting forces and dynamics. This will also probably have some very good speed to it at 68 mph, not to mention the first barrel roll on a B&M Invert, and the fact that it is the longest of its kind, without even a mid-course brake run. It's sure to be a great ride.
This ride would be a excellent addition to the park. If i still lived in Ohio, that would be New Year's Resolution for 2014 to ride incredible ride. Plus, it's about time that B&M builtan Inverted Coaster in the USA.

You can tell its one because of how the track goes over itself. And just because a ride has one of the elements that another one does, does NOT mean it is a copy. I've been wanting to go back to Cedar Point for some time now, and on the off chance I do, I wouldn't mind saving up to finally visit Kings Island, especially when this ride is finished. I'd love to ride a new inverted coaster here on the eastern half of the country.
cedar point is indeed a great park worthy of its #1 rank in the world. but kings island imo is a very underrated park and since cedar fair took over the old paramount parks its gotten even better. kings island allready had 2 GREAT and classic woodys and now they have a world class steel and about to have another one. add in vortex, flight deck, and stunt track as extras and its actualy a pretty good park.
this is the best roller coaster at kings island I think, if you haven't been on the banshee this should be the first thing you ride when you go to kings island
I sighed a sigh of relief when I found out it wasn't another trademark B&M out and back or wing rider. Im a huge invert fan. Talon will still ALWAYS be my fav however :)
To everyone arguing about the best/baddest inverted coaster out there. I have one word for you...Nemesis. It isn't the longest, it isn't the tallest, but it is the most intense, and is a blueprint for intense inverts worldwide.
Thank you Cedar Fair for finally getting Kings Island back to where it needs to be! Please, please, please, consider a giga coaster as the next big coaster to be installed! Or a strata! This will definately drive the business up next season! Great decision, THANK YOU!!!
B&M has already conquered the floorless coaster category...Superman Krypton Coaster(SF Fiesta Texas), Dominator(King's Dominion), etc. Nothing compares to a great B&M invert.
Have you guys seen construction for this? Its already done! Kings island finishes there coasters super fast! Remember diamondback? I'm going over to SFGAm to see construction for Goliath and they only have there zero-g-roll, over banked curve, and some of the lift done. But that's decent speed, I guess
They do all new coasters like this nowadays to give thrill seekers an off-ride and POV view of the coasters elements during the ride and the layout of the track. LEVIATHAN which opened last year at Canada's Wonderland also had the same kind of animation prior to its opening the. I believe its still on RUclips if you want to check it out. All coasters of the future will have this kind of animation. At least in this country.
This is what "Top Gun" SHOULD have been. To this day, I still can't believe they made a fighter jet themed coaster without ONE single inversion. Crazy.
Robb, on a scale of 1-10, how EXCITED are you? :D That first drop looks great in the offride video, and that zero-G roll looks over the top smooth and parabolic (maybe the next greatest zero G out there :P)! I heard they aren't using "traditional" invert restraints, is this true? Someone said they were like wingrider restraints I am so taking a trip here next year!

The developers are amongst the most talented! I've been going to KI for years.. Thought it was done when paramount sold it to cedar fair. However, cedar fair is IMHO the better! The park is cleaner , prices are more fair and especially this new ride is something that'll keep interest in park veterans and newcomers!!!!
Cedar Point JUST opened a wing coaster, it would be silly for them to build another in such close time and when the parks are only a few hours from eachother. Plus an invert is a much needed addition to kings island's coaster line up

I got on this it's at kings island Ohio it's a really fun ride it's not as scary as it seems once you get on its fun and fast
I got to ride this yesterday. Holy crap it is just amazing. Fast, smooth, and intense. Easily the best coaster I have rode at King's Island.
Finally. There's a B&M Inverted Coaster that's a lot closer to my house. Banshee looks awesome. Can't wait to ride it :)

Well from my experience I have never felt "wicked G's" from sitting on my couch and watching a ride on RUclips.
Don't know if it's the time of day or the high quality of the camera...but this almost feels like watching one of those 3D coasters...looks awesome!
