😢Thanks to you now I’m gonna purchase the controller and replace it with the help of your video tutorial! I was looking for hours, the name of the part, video tutorial on how to fix it. My scooter battery connector broke off and the wires ripped off, I was gonna have some more solder it but now thanks you I can now replace the entire part and achieve a clean profesional job, all thanks to you!. Excellent video! I have a X7 pro that won’t power up even though the battery is at 42 volts. When I attempt to turn on the scooter and wait a few minutes the display screen is warm but no display. Does this mean my display is bad or perhaps the controller. Also when I install my battery the front headlight flashes once is this normal?
Can you do a video on how to remove stripped hexed screws to remove tires? The factory or someone at Turboant put the screw in so tight it’s already stripped and now I can’t get it out.
@@HorizonMicromobility its just the cable to the motor i need replacing, looking for the cable itself is an issue, can only see the entire motor and wheel or the controller cable 🤔 also im female trying to fix for my son, nobody where i live fixes them
On the x7 max i got a E8 error code after getting caught in the rain im pretty sure it is water damage that caused it asking for help if anyone knows if thats the case or not. Got a controller coming in for replacement just tryyna make sure that would solve my issue

What are the symptoms of a bad controler?
There was an extra ground wire on the new unit, no where to connect it? Rain damaged and it still doesn’t work…any ideas?

@@Moopyloopy blue. It should loop in and out of controller if fitted. Don’t cut otherwise!

You're going to need to drill it out. Or use a torx bit, hit it in.
Do you have a video that shows replacing the wires below the controller to the motor wheel ?
Not at the moment. If replacing the motor then it's fairly straightforward.
