This should pretty much put stranger to low complex multiversal, 5D, as for now. One more thing i'd like to add here. Stranger heavily underestimated proximus in the epilogue battle. Stranger is holding back in the epilogue fight. He underestimated Proximus which is why he was holding back against proximus. If we look at it right in the fight scenario. Stranger had every possible advantage against proximus in the fight in every single scenario. But he was choosing to hold back. He could fly which he didn't. His entire strength could push the armour walker down to the ground (armour walker itself was bigger than titan), but he didn't choose to use his immense strength in the battle like it was nothing. He had the shield (similar to moira's amulet but blue - you could see this when you shot the rockets), but he chose to not use it in the fight. He could stop the flow of time and finish proximus, but he chose to cut the world and the fabric of reality by putting a cut in the air. He could easily defeat proximus that way. Including those feats which are mentioned above. And therefore stranger mentions to him in the fox hunt cameo that he underestimated him. Stranger says "I have to tell you this. I underestimated you. That was my mistake, and I apologize for it.". Shadow doesnt even come anywhere near to all of that.

When stranger travels through worlds and time half a billion times and creates a half a billion copies of himself which have consciousness of their own, which fight and make stranger surpass shadow, and boosting his historical importance index way above shadow's. This means that stranger's will power is now the strongest in the entire verse. Everything goes according to his plan. Although stranger was never affected by shadow's historical importance index, he was simply beyond time, existed as a probability of existence, even inside the void when the world had been destroyed and everyone had died. He alone managed to bypass it and go above and beyond, surpassing shadow and his historical importance index. When he made shadow mind create a world just how stranger wished it. Shadow mind couldn't break his will. His will power made his historical importance so high that he simply wished shadow to not exist, by using reality warping, he switched places of shadow and may, such that shadow was the one who died instead of may...and shadow was erased.
That's how strong stranger's will power was. He bent the entire world before his historical importance index. Even opened the gates, and destroyed and wiped out the entire world, and no one could stop him...and despite that, he still lives. Stranger is still alive and got what he wanted, due to his will power being so strong. His historical importance index is basically overpowered. Cutting the fabric of reality, being 4D feat, it is destroying a 4D structure, we saw this in epilogue battle in how he swings the sword in the air with his brute force, cut opening the fabric of reality. The fabric of reality is 4D because 3D is the space, and 1D is the time as well, a 4D structure was destoyed, making that feat itself universe+. And this is to be known that the historical importance index isn't a cloak, that one can wear and remove anytime. It's a part of his identity, a part of his self.
Lynx states stranger to be stronger than fate itself. Stranger is well resistant to any manipulation of fate. Stranger broke the ongoing prophecy that mnemos had seen where the chosen hero beats stranger. But that prophecy was broken. And stranger never died. No matter the odds, someone would eventually save him before he dies. The vast power of historical importance index. It is the reality manipulation which stranger uses. The world will drive to his will by changing the course of history. Its what makes the world to actually come to a sense. He will get what he wants by the end of the day. Anyone who can drive the world into bending the world to his will by changing the course of history, someone who can survive existential eraser all because of will power, will also make the world suppress itself.

Where we find them in marcus's plane ans fight them...They were stuck in that for 2000 years or so, as the real itu claims it to be. Transcend time can have other examples, it means going across, completely through, being beyond. It can include moving from one dimension to another, moving from one spacetime to another, teleportation, transcending a specific spatial dimension but not all possible spatial dimensions). Stranger can do all of that. He transcends time. Any character that transcends through space, time is extra dimensional, 5D, low 1-C. Anyone who can alter time, has the powers to suppress time itself. Another notable feat of stranger is that he simply broke the chains of time, he isn't tied with time, he isn't bound to it, he is above and beyond it, he is stronger than it. Heck, there's a direct statement in sf3 by kibo directly stating stranger to be beyond time itself. We have a clear statement for it, the feats are mentioned above. He even wrote the manuscript, freed the ancients, disguised as the liberator. You might wonder how old even is stranger? He was even the master of indigo when he disguised himself as the liberator. Indigo is the sister of Mnemos. Mnemos, ancient, also helped shadow in sf2. In sf3, he is said to be 11 thousand years old, you can say indigo would also be around there since she is the sister of mnemos. It would just mean that stranger had been there all along from the beginning as indigo said that stranger changed his absolute future.
This should pretty much put stranger to low complex multiversal, 5D, as for now.
One more thing i'd like to add here.
Stranger heavily underestimated proximus in the epilogue battle.
Stranger is holding back in the epilogue fight.
He underestimated Proximus which is why he was holding back against proximus.
If we look at it right in the fight scenario.
Stranger had every possible advantage against proximus in the fight in every single scenario. But he was choosing to hold back. He could fly which he didn't. His entire strength could push the armour walker down to the ground (armour walker itself was bigger than titan), but he didn't choose to use his immense strength in the battle like it was nothing. He had the shield (similar to moira's amulet but blue - you could see this when you shot the rockets), but he chose to not use it in the fight. He could stop the flow of time and finish proximus, but he chose to cut the world and the fabric of reality by putting a cut in the air. He could easily defeat proximus that way. Including those feats which are mentioned above.
And therefore stranger mentions to him in the fox hunt cameo that he underestimated him.
Stranger says "I have to tell you this. I underestimated you. That was my mistake, and I apologize for it.".
Shadow doesnt even come anywhere near to all of that.

Quiero dar mi opinión sobre Stranger y su pelea contra proximus, creo que la razón por la que Stranger podía volar en el primer asalto (cuando luchamos con el robot gigante) es porque tenía a la mente sombria dentro de él (parecido a lo que hizo Shadow cuando peleamos contra él), cómo la mente sombria podía volar, él también podía, pero luego extrae a la mente sombría de su cuerpo para convertirla en su arma, por eso ya no vuela en el segundo asaltó. No creo que se contuviera, si subestimó a Proximus al principio, pero luego pelea en serio.
