Literally on the west side of the spearfishing area where you get the crabs. The 3 nodes on that side have them.

I never did like trying to fish for scripts, you don't have any control over what you get. Unlike literally any other gathering where you have a rotation that will give you max scripts, as long as you have the gear for it. I know, I know you're probably going to say "just like fishing in IRL". If I wanted to go fishing in IRL, then I'd go fishing in IRL.
