This man was the soundtrack to my years of becoming a man. When I listen I feel like I have a friend who understands me. Being an outcast, John’s records were my outlet to feeling like I had someone I could lean on. I hope one day I can tell him how much his music means to me. On my worst days and best ones too he was what I wanted to hear the only thing that made me feel better.
I enjoyed your comment...How great to have such an emotional connection with John. I’m a fairly new listener. But I feel the man. Just proud to have discovered him;)
@@virginiaknighten4687 During my teen years I discovered John with The Will to Death and I cried my eyes out listening to that record I could feel his words as well as my own emotional spectrum run through me. Sounds silly but it really changed me
@@thecoiler1 it doesn’t sound silly at all. It’s wonderful when we are able to connect with someone that has a profound effect on our lives. And we have access to to that someone. Thank God for RUclips!
I know his guitar playing is what really has earned him pride of place in the music world, but I just think his voice is up there too! Never out of tune, can do belty and whispered, falsetto and growls... so yeah. The bastard.
Impossible to watch this without emotionally connecting to Frusciante and his music; his exceptional musicality comes from deep within 💖 thank you @Cenitri, this is spell binding.
John is a gift for which we are undeserving. River was lost too soon, before anyone was ready... John was spared beyond expected expiration. I am grateful beyond what words can express that we are able to receive the gift of John's musical expression as he journeys through this crazy life with us. He, unlike me, is able to utilize the universal language of music to convey emotion on a higher frequency... to connect those of us who understand his message(s). Thank you, John, for making me feel less alone on nights like tonight.🙏❤❤💛
There is no one on this planet I love more - love more for his music and the ability to touch my strings with every chord of his guitar and every syllable of his voice. Thank you so much for uploading!
The way simple chords just pop in his playing always moves me. Just his strumming has such pop and precision. I mean everything else is brilliant too but there’s just such pop in him playing just regular chord patterns.
its unbelievable the way he makes me feel his songs. Same as what that guy said, i hope one day can tell hi how much his music means to me. I feel really lucky to have born in the same era of this man and experimented his beautiful way of communicate what he feels about the life and the world. Thank you so much john!
Muchas gracias por grabar y compartir, gracias John es hermoso e increible tu trabajo, ojala algún dia te podamos ver tocar tus canciones en vivo, se cuidan abrazos desde Argentina.
Small correction needed: Video description says this was recorded in London. That's incorrect. It was recorded at Pontins Camber Sands Holiday Park, Rye, England on Saturday 23 April 2005. Thanks!
All such great songs and the layers and depth of their meaning is astonishing. To some the surface to me a depth but to them fathoms. lol That sounds dumb but that's how i see his music. Maybe id say like Pablo Picasso's art so is John Frusciante's music.
I was looking for the song Low Birds on Spotify. This song is there, but its singer is Kampong Diratt. Very charmingly played. This artist has only 26 listeners per month🥲

some ppl have been even bashing is guitar skills
LOL
This is the apex of mankind. Nothing we ever do can beat what happened this night. Thank you John for completing us.
Agreed. Music is humanity’s redemption. Johns playing and voice and songwriting are among the sweetest and most powerful of all music to me.
Was this at Butlins?

my pleasure
Es geht mir haargenau so!
This is the definition of talent and underrated skill at the same time, John is the best of our generation
ty for compiling, this is an insane performance, just a man and a guitar, sounds like an orchestra.
have to wait eight seconds when i turn that switch
Πιστεύω ότι είναι ο διάδοχος του Jimmy Hendrix στην κιθάρα 🎸, το παίξιμο του είναι μια ορχήστρα μόνος του ,με πολύ γλυκειά φωνή !!!
Can't believe I'm just seeing this for the first time now. Thanks for the upload ❤️
Right?! Oh man what I would give to be able to go back in time and join the audience
wow! this is pure bliss for 1 hour straight. The beauty of music
Thankful for John, but also thankful for RUclips, you uploading it, being able to hear, listen, connect
Yes Jacek we have much to be thankful for :-))
2005 i would have lost my mind if i saw Frusciante perform that setlist.
