Thank you for this. I have one question, however: on your sales campaign that's targeting earlier in the funnel (e.g. landing page, atv), what do you do with that ad once it leaves the learning phase? Can you change the conversion event? Thanks again 👍
Hi, you can't change the conversion event once it's live so your choices are: A) leave it B) Take the learnings and apply them to a new campaign with purchase as the optimisation event. If you're making a sale for £10 under the ATC optimisation campaign, then you'll know your budget for the purchase campaign would need to be at least £71 a day for 7 days. 50 events X £10 = £500. Divided by 7 = £71 per day. Your cost per purchase SHOULD come down down when you optimise for purchase when compared to add to cart campaigns.
Hi Jamie, thank you immensely for this video. I have a small budget as described in the video. Would Facebook ads be profitable if I sold my eBook for $29, with no upsells? The book is solving a pain point, and I have a clearly defined audience. I have no experience selling directly with Facebook ads, but from what I've heard from others, they say that just by selling the book directly, I can maybe barely break even, and the most certain outcome is that it will cost me more.
@thefrictionlessway hi, thanks for watching, I'm glad you got value from it. It's certainly possible to be profitable, but it does depend on how effective your Ads are, and how good your product is. I would definitely run an experiment to see what CPA you can achieve, then once you have a good figure, you can either look to scale or develop some upsells :)
HI! I have always been wondering a link click campaign vs a sales campaign. Shouldn't the link click campaign be the closest to a sales campaign? Since those who clicked might also be interested to purchase on your website, which is vastly similar to visitors of a sales campaign
If you want sales, do a sales campaign... every single time. We've done the experiments and the algorithms work totally different. Sales campaigns stand the best chance of delivering sales. Always pick the campaign type that best describes what you want to achieve
Hey Jamie , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?

@mddilshad8253 for small budgets this is the best strategy and we have case studies coming out of ears doing just this. What you got?

This strategy is being used right now across about 30 different small budget client accounts, from Ecomm to B2B niches. Have a great day.
