    Derek Gaunt is such a great speaker and definitely someone we can all learn from. He has a very interesting story and background and I enjoyed hearing about how adaptable his hostage negotiation experience is in sales and in making deals. Thoroughly enjoyed this one.     Derek, I met some of them. Seems like a walk in a park is an endorsement. Simply the thinking about a negotiation can make imposing will empathy based. Change the outcome? Curiosity mindset can be comfortable.
