    watching videos about people cleaning their rooms or drawing is such a motivating thing for me, and when ever i feel sad or any thing relate to negativity i try my best to remember the things i'm grateful for. my school degree, my sweet memories and things makes my negative feeling just as small as they actually are.

    I agree with all the 10 steps you mentioned. You are actually very very right!
    something that helps many people including me is to write. Just take a piece of paper and a pen and start writing, whatever that is: your thoughts, your problems, how your week was, planning stuff, your goals, your thoughts as poems or as long paragraphs etc. writing helps. a lot. and if you’re not a fan of writing, you can try to draw whatever is in your head and make outlines.

    Thank you so much Rosa, this video hit home and I share a lot of similar tips when I'm experiencing days like this. I think self care is so important and something I've started doing more, not only to better my physical health but mental health as well. My days are so fast paced that when I have that small window of time between coming home from work and going to bed I like to make those few hours as relaxing as possible and really take that time to remove all the stress from the craziness of the day. I've been really into poetry books lately which I find mentally stimulating and such beautiful reads as well :)

    I really liked your tips and I love the positive and uplifting vibe on your channel already! For me the best way to get out of a bad mood is just listening to upbeat music and dancing it out!

    I organized my closet not to long ago (something I've procrastinated on for so long) and it made me feel accomplished and satisfied for the day. When I need a distraction from my mind, i find that drawing/painting or writing short stories helps.

    Hi Rosa I’m Nyari I’m 16 and I’ve been watching u and Sam for a long time and I love the both of u and ur amazing and this video has helped me a lot I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and I’m a very negative person and I want to feel better about myself and u have given me some great tips and I’m so grateful for u can’t wait to see what else your going to do and accomplish I love u very much and thank u for all u do ☺️❤️❤️❤️

    I can be so busy with my study that I sometimes feel as if I cannot take time to breathe. It's almost as if I feel guilty for 'doing nothing' when I know I could be spending that time doing something productive. Do you have any tips to change my mindset on this issue? Because I'm lowkey struggling, since I know that self care is important as well.

      Plan 10 minutes in your day where you can sit and breathe! When you have a time for yourself it can help let go of the pressure of your to do list

    This was such a nice Video, Rosa! I always felt your positive vibes in Videos of you and Sam and i'm sooooo glad that you did your own channel where you talk about such important things! Keep going! I think youtube needs more of that important content! Btw, i reaaaally love the book "You can heal your Life from Louise L. Hay" - i started reading this when i was 15 and now i'm 23 and i still read this one time in the year just because i think this is such an important book :) Okay byeeee! (And sorry for my bad english lol)
