If we don’t go up we are getting downgraded hard, we’ll lose McKenna, Davis, Hutchinson minimum and have to accept few more seasons to push for promotion again and that’s if we recruit another manager and players correctly. We need to go up now, upgrade defence and keep McKenna and try scrape not going down next season
Rubbish. Mc Kenna is not going anywhere, and if we do sell Leif, we will get £20M plus add ons, which will allow the squad to strengthen significantly. @@24eu
We were due one this year, I can’t remember losing like that this season, but we’ve won like that a lot, literally this week with Bristol as an example. That’s football, look forward, not back, onto the next game.
As an Ipswich supporter, the worst way to lose a game, not sure we have ever succeeded a later goal! Mc Kenna is such a skilled communicator, and his analysis is always highly accurate and interesting. Some comments on here make me laugh, some people seem to forget that there is another team on the pitch also trying to win, and keep their slim play off chances alive
Instead of Taylor, Travis should have come on for Moore Tunzabe. When the match looks like this, you introduce experienced players!!! The time for learning has already passed and we are still making the same mistakes!!!
Being ultra defensive to defend a lead is surely part of the learning curve and something the team should develop alongside all the other great qualities they display,
Town have had a fantastic season and performed well above expectations, but the defence really does need looking at especially if the Blues get promoted.
Well end of the late winner by Cardiff defeat 2 goals to 1! Hopefully will do better next time if we win the point against Blackburn Rovers before the International break.
The first half was pretty even ... he must have had his eyes closed for 45 minutes ... Ipswich were really poor in the first half and Cardiff played well and created about six scoring opportunities, Ipswich defended poorly and created nothing !!!

Mc has been the best appointment for many a long year but even excellent managers have to continue to improve their game like, ambitious players who want always to improve and excel!
It was like a switch was flicked on 90 minutes, Cardiff offered nothing until then but for some reason we didn't play our usual game and keep the ball high up the pitch. Inviting pressure with our jittery defence there's no way we're going to stop them scoring.first time I've feel disappointed after a result all season. It felt like 3 points were thrown away
Easier said than done … we have two wing backs who are exciting going forward but not the best defensively. Having said that we defend as a team … after KM went off there was no out ball and there wasn’t nearly enough pressure on ball in those 10 added minutes!

I love KM. He is obviously disappointed but there is no blame, no criticism, no excuses. Win, draw or lose he is so level headed.

in the end Cardiff had over 4 times the expected goal percentage compared to ipswich
