Really who gives a dam even though guy made it and try to make somebody
G,
If the video or idea is not copyright, you can't really stop people from reproducing. Hell, even with a copyright you can't stop people - ask the Chinese
One aspect of your videos that makes them so good is that you begin by showing what you are going to build and its use. Then you demonstrate how make such a device. So many others don't let the viewer see what is being made until the end.
I hate videos like you are describing, I want to know what they are making, not just a clickbait hint and then something entirely different than I was led to beleive.
@@jeffs-reviews I second that, if you need a video showing you how to make this then you really need help
Every maker has a signature tool they often use. I just discovered this channel, and it looks like JSK-san is a big fan of double sided tape. Excellent saw guide!
Wow, I just looked at this simple track saw jig for less than 30 seconds, and could instantly see how effective and simple this great jig is, - Excellent, and thank you.
Mad respect for your wonderful craftsmanship. Respect. From Australia.
You make the best shop-built tools on RUclips and then make the best videos about how to make the tools. There ought to be an award!
This is the cleanest, shiniest circular saw on RUclips.. Great vid and “setsquare tool”! Thx
Just watch all the videos that his has, all of them are clean and neat. I remember one video where he opened and cleaned his drill.. Amazing.
Also the cleanest and most well kept hands I ever did see on someone doing woodwork/ in a trade!! I'm a joiner but do plumbing, tiling, painting and general building work and my hands are nearly always like old leather.
Workshop is cleaner than my kitchen!!
Nice video i think i gone make this guide for my one saw
Watching master craftsman JSK-koubou is like zen meditation. 110% mindfulness. I wish I had 5% of his skill.
I don't even have a workshop (or any real tools), but I still watch this channel, and have bought from his plans!
Yes sir. U r absolutely right
What a pleaser to watch a real craftsman at work, everything so beautifully demonstrated without using any words of explanation, full respect for making all your own shop equipment, so enjoy watching your channel, keep up your great work. indeed, full Respect..... from Australia
This fellow is a true craftsman. He is the Jimmy Diresta of Japan!
I have a circular saw that I've always found awkward to align for cuts. I was looking into the possibility of getting a table saw instead to the rip cuts that I was doing with the circular saw. On seeing this video, I've decided to hold off on that idea and build one of these instead. I don't normally pay for plans, but this time I decided that the jig is that well designed it's worth getting the full drawings and instructions to use alongside the video. The demonstration and construction walkthough is excellent and I feel that even I can complete this project.
Thanks for the comment. I'm thinking of getting the plans as well. Just wanted to see how your jig came out
ENTschleunigen! Beruhigen!
I love watching your professional performances !
So perfect! Watching your videos is so relaxing and I always learn something new and add a new project to my Todo list... Thank you so much for your aesthetic videos, perfection, ideas and clean explanations without using any word! I'm a fan of your work and style! You are a true craftsman! 🙏
Yes, I absolutly second that. Could not said it better (because of my lack of english ;-)
Decelerate! Calm down! Come down! etc. these are the words that come to mind. I could watch and enjoy the gentleman for hours. He convinces without words! 🐌📐😎
I have a tracksaw, which is great until material is smaller... like this size. Great jig, I'm going to add one to my kit. Thanks from Australia!
Exactly my thinking. I don't have massive plywood sheets but smaller stuff I do cut is tricky. Finally a solution that is neat.

Finally I found a channel I can binge watch AND learn something at the same time 😮
This is by far the best CS guide I have seen I'm building one tomorrow!
Thank you
Great idea! You set a calm mood in your videos, It's really pleasing to watch.
The workshop and tools look fantastic in the video, loved the clean wood look everywhere...we need a tour of your workshop on its own please. I'm a starter DIYer but found this very useful
Workshop tour vote +1
Aqui no Brasil consideramos isso simplesmente um SHOW DE BOLA. GENIAL... Parabéns. ...
Sure am glad this channel popped up in my feed the other day.
you're genius! Silent demonstrations and easy to follow. nice work.
Thanks so much. Made one and it turned out perfectly. I use it all the time
A true craftsman, such a pleasure to watch. An admirer from England.
Thank you for doing your subtitles in English now! You are a joy to watch!
Mad Respect from Newzealand...🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿 Amazing Skills...Kudos Mate
Genius .... thank you for being so uncluttered in your presentation ....
No background music or talking. I am surprised at how much I like this! I am learning a lot just watching your detailed videos. Thank you!😁
he is definitely Japanese, had my apprenticeship there. Most cannot speak proper English hence the silence. Anyway a "picture speaks a thousand words" - this video - awesome. He is superskilled.
Brilliant, I love how careful and considered you work.
So many good ideas in such a short video! Inspiring.
he is gifted .all his clips are outstanding
Your work is so professional. Fantastic job as normal
Hello, greetings from Mexico, I am a newbie in carpentry and after seeing countless videos to make a guide for circular saw, this one seemed formidable, and I already executed it, and it works wonderfully.
Arq. Gabriel Hernández
JSK, you are truly an artist!
I can watch you work all day. You are an incredible teacher even without words. I need to build one of these soon and will use your plans. not sure how ling it will take to get to the US from Japan but I'll try.
Very tricky and very efficient. Congrats on your great job. All the best.
The black part that peeks out from the edge makes it easy to match the line, and you can reupholster it to return it to a new condition at any time, and make fine vertical adjustments later!
This is a good product that can be used for a long time!
Also, Styrofoam seems really convenient lol
- Truly enjoyed the lessons & intro to the handsaw. Excellent info. Thanx 4 sharing.
So gentle..clean and precision ...and thoughtful turn the simple work to art, japanese way ....
An excellent idea. Thank you! 👍🏼
You are a very precise worker, you have my respect sir 🙏🙏
Very nice. I built the first version but not having the same level of precision as JSK, the guide on mine wasn’t square. I will make the modifications to match this version. Thank you JSK-KOUBOU! I love watching your channel. I have my eye on making your jointer and router table
The side where the blade travels will square itself up as the blade cuts off the edge of the guide, then the aluminum table catch underneath it can be adjusted using a carpenters square or large speed square for reference. That's why he added the small adjustment thumbscrews.
@@jimthesoundman8641 So once the small screws are set that should be it squared forever right?
A good way to do it, I had mega problems getting my perpendicular to blade side to be at 90°.
It is Zen to watch your videos over and over.
It’s so refreshing to see a video without dub-step music or royalty free folk guitar
Excellent.. The best guide I have seen on RUclips
Brilliant even though I use my festool mostly I’m still going to make this 👍😊
Clever design. Thanks for sharing!
The absolute best DIY version I’ve seen yet. Why not mane a smaller version though for cutting smaller stock. Love all the DIY tools.😊
Your timber drill press is brilliant! I’ve subscribed and can’t wait to settle down with a cup of tea and watch more. Many thanks.
Yes Japan makes the best Quality tools. You have my respect Sir.
Thank you grand master!
Perfect job.
More sort of builders like you! Keep it up!
His circ saw seems to stop instantly with no wind down. Quality stuff. I love all of these videos. The Bench top jointer from a hand planer is my next project.
Yes, the only drawback to all these approaches is that he is using equipment that is made "differently", Japanese equipment.
Many tools that Made in Japan are for domestic Japanese's market. Many Japanese's tools companies like Makita, Ryobi....have products Made in China for outside markets and Made in Japan for Japan's market only. I am in NA and all my Makita and Ryobi tools are Made In China and the quality is only 1/10 of the same tools that Made In Japan :-(
4:30 I love that saw!
It just looks so easy, when you doing it 👍🏻 you’re a Master, love all your staff.
best canal about woodcraft ever. Best wishes from Russia
Amazing, this is luxury diy.
This is genius. Will be making one this week.
Thanks, regards and respect from germany.
Should have seen this BEFORE last weekend :D
An excellent aid to cutting accurately 👍
i really like japanese craftsmanship very smooth and the quality is great. i learn a lot from your video.
What a treat to watch your build videos. Greetings from Yunnan.
I'm just as impressed with the circular saw. Where's all the dust?
Excellent, Thank you!
Excelente idea, muy práctica y efectiva
Awesome hints and tips thank you 🤙🤙🇦🇺
Im am leaning back and relax and just watch how you work. Everytime a great moment watching great work
masterfully done!
Honório Sergio do Brasil
Great job. Thanks for sharing. So, I have a suggestion and a challenge for you: Build a wood thinning using a planer. Will be necessary three axes X,Y and Z.
Very clever. You can probably come up with a couple useful purposes for the angle cut side as well. Maybe some speed-square utilities on it. I guess that would require some sticker printing to look as professional as the rest of it.
I love that job! Like! From Russia!
Simple and best design. Thanks for sharing brother.
I thought I've seen them all. Wow! Awesome!
mmm i think this is the smoothest circular saw video i saw.
Thanks for sharing your skills, very useful. I’ll give it a go when it’s dry again. (My drive is my workshop). Happy New Year to you, hopefully Covid free 👍👍
Thank you.... amazing video of a well thought out simple tool. I will be making one
Finalmente Un Video Che MI Fa Vedere Anche Gli Esempi.
Grazie Mille e Buon Lavoro.
I love what You do - meticulous - highly careful and precise - I would love to follow the videos - unfortunately no specific metrics follow!
You are a Master Craftsman! Thankl you.
It is a simple and easy to create tool. And it's a great tool for working with precise dimensions.
Super!
Great job Friend! Thank you for sharing the video with us!💖👍👌😎JP
Lovely leather saw. Wish could order one.
Costs 28 USD on Amazon US... Search term: Gyokucho 770-3500 Razor Dozuki Saw with Blade
Doing remodels I have to cut a lot of doors.
This would also work well for cutting siding. It’s alway too flimsy to feed into a chop saw.
Decking is yet another good use. I always fasten my decking long then snap a line and free hand the perimeter. This tool would keep me on the line much easier.
This is pretty damn cool.
He shows how true craftsmanship transcends language.
Beautiful and practical design.
I loved the simplicity of this its brilliant and an awesome DIY tool you made, thumbs up to this great video, I subscribed, I will save this video, and use it later. Thank you for this great video, I want to see more. Laura in uk
Great idea and great experience with,
