Demon's Souls Remake - All Trophies No Hit Run

I beat the Demon's Souls Remake earning every offline trophy without taking a single hit (instance of damage or stagger caused by enemies, bosses or traps)!
Environmental damage and self-induced damage is allowed, including fall damage.
Disclaimer: for the "King of Rings" trophy you have to collect the Ally's Ring. In order to get this, you need Pure White Character Tendency and the only way to get that offline is by killing the 5 Black Phantoms, which only spawn at Pure Black World Tendency. To get to PBWT in every world, you need to die 7 times in each of them, resulting in 35 total deaths. By killing two specific NPCs you can prevent 6 of those deaths, resulting in 29 total deaths. However, to get one of the miracles from Saint Urbain you need to kill one Primeval Demon, which also only spawns at PBWT. Killing either a Black Phantom or a Primeval Demon pushes the World Tendency back towards neutral, making the other one disappear. So in order to kill both, you need to die 3 additional times to push it back to PBWT, resulting in a final total of 32 unavoidable deaths. These deaths DO NOT COUNT as a hit as they are required to get all trophies (while every other death would count as a hit)! I know, I know... it's not convoluted at all! :D
