@@depressionchannel4021 I was super cruise assisting in deciat when I went to get a drink came back to see i just got pulled out of super cruise and got destroyed. It was just like huh interesting. I mean I was respawned in the station I was going to and I didnt really have anything valuable really so in the end it kind of helped lol. Also love the vid

@@eddiemarohl5789 careful, this type of attitude will get you quickly labeled a "killfarm" and you might end up with stalkers following you around on different social media platforms outside the game just to talk shit to you for it. There's one ganker who follows me around on Reddit and RUclips into totally off-topic threads just to talk shit to me for fighting him to the death. He also goes around to different player's twitch and discord channels to spread nasty rumors about me and encourage other players to gang up on me in-game.
While I personally think going into this game with the mindset that rebuys are not a big deal and dying in combat is OK is perfectly healthy and conducive to "gitting gud", there is sadly some incredibly toxic individuals in the PVP community who will quite literally harass you (both in and outside the game) just for thinking this way. You're not allowed to die because that makes you a "killfarm", but you're also not allowed to run either as that apparently makes you a "coward"

Just for the record. If anyone needs meta-alloys there is a carrier in Felicity farseers system called Guardian engineering Superstore. I usually have at least three or four hundred meta-alloys as well as all of the other Guardian technology components you will need. No more flying around the bubble and wasting all that precious time like this poor guy did. Shit. If you get ganked just stop by and grab another one. No sweat off your balls. Herbrand, champion of the "it's ok to clog on gankers if you're a noob" school of thought needs to implement a "Best Clog Practices" training regimen. Many of those poor deciat pilots probably tried a slow menu exit instead of a fast task kill. He's really not running a tight ship, getting these pilots killed by starting a war and throwing them to the wolves. Tsk tsk. Sterling content as always Rui.

i'm not sure whether to feel scared or upset, but damn was that some good flying
._. honestly, makes me want to try out pvp stuff with others looking to do so too. Ive got little to no understanding of any of it aside from getting blown up a few times, and the salt made me neglect to think about the appeal. Then again I'm coming from the 'scared shitless FAon pve noob' side of things, but at least I know I'll become a better pilot fighting actual people.
Its a long, long road... best way to learn is to find some friends and a good player and just have fun while having someone to draw knowledge from

I just outgrew my asp, still don't own a single pvp ready ship, currently don't even play cause the engi grind is no fun, but watching your vids makes me definitely want to become a part of the nutty side of the universe!

If you want a quick rundown, they're the player group that claims to protect the innocent players you speak of. We had a rudimentary "rules of engagement" that lets us fight eachother without using stuff that ruins the fun of PvP. In return, we would take it easy on random players and focus more on the piracy stuff.
They decided they no longer wanted the agreement and started using things like premium ammo, so we went on a slaughter fest for a day to prove a point, and then engaged in unsavory pvp tactics

Who says ganking isn't roleplay? I find it normal to come across a psycho once in a while :D. Never fly without rebuy, leave the system if ganked and escpecially do not act like a baby but as an adult playing a VIDEOGAME! :D
Also, if there's someone targeting you over and over, you can simply block him.
yeah no this isn't fallout: New vegas. (unless you're in an anarchy system) the fact that the game's crime and justice system still does basically nothing to stop people from ganking in high security systems shows just how much fdev like to torture their players.

How did this even start? Did CODE get accused of something they didnt do? This lore is interesting.
For context CODE was kinda the meeting place for all the outlaws back then, and SPEAR was the equivalent for bounty hunter players
We were absolutely doing these things, but it was blown way out of proportion to look super dramatic. Trash talk in chat, setting up fake fights and then ganking them with tons of people, and general mischief. These are all things we would to to eachother just as much as the enemy because it always made some good laughs. They got fed up with it and put out this big statement about how we were no longer 'play partners' and would face whatever tactics they wanted.

Lack of skill and lack of actual ethics. I wonder what would happen if we got some good players together to make an actual non-toxic lawful group... Could do the anti-gank and anti-pirate stuff without the drama and more fun and engaging gameplay for all. SPEAR would still be kill on sight, of course, because they are griefers, but an order not to engage in their gaslighting or propaganda campaigns would mitigate their toxicity.
Shades of grey is whats needed. Thats literally it Unfortunatly the only people who see the merit of the setup are the people doing the ganking.
