Man I hope Thor gets a massive power up again in the MCU, the scene in infinity war when Thor comes with Storm breaker is probably the best moment in the entire MCU, kinda sad to see what happened to him in Endgame
He theoretically should have received the Odin force after his father passed away!

I always figured his power up was in Ragnarok. Wasn’t that “awakened” Thor? He didn’t even need Mjolnir! I want to see more of THAT Thor!

The fight between Bill and Thor was not a clear defeat for Bill. He had the advantage of being in an environment that was similar to one he was from. This allowed him to temporarily recover and save both himself and Thor from further injury (if not death). Given the circumstances, this in no way proves him to be more powerful than Thor without their hammers.

I am a huge fan of the Herald of Thunder Thor. Something about the way he looks screams power (with constant power dispersal displays from just being) and him with his ravens. They add to this element of power because they are like a power-up item or totem.
I used to like him the most, but Phoenix king Thor is so strong
@@1973Ganesh I know herald Thor is not as powerful but I just love the look. It is done in a way that he looks powerful but it is done in a more subtle way.

Honestly they should have called Thor's current MCU weapon Jarnbjorn and left Stormbreaker for possible Beta Ray Bill, though who knows if they ever will at this point.

My only regret is that the movie going and modern audience will not know the significance of our orange horse boy, Beta Ray Bill. Man was the first person besides Thor to lift Mjolnir in comic history, and the author purposefully made him look like a monster because he didn't want a traditionally handsome person to pick it up. Nor will they know that Stormbreaker was a gift made specifically for him by Odin. Dude reached into molten uru to make the hammer his own.
If Bill showed up in the MCU, he'd be the fifth person to lift Mjolnir and the second wielder of Stormbreaker.
We are going to need to see Thor vs Lobo at some point....Thor makes a storm, disrupts some dolphins, and the fight is on

I love Beta Ray Bill but he's a character of his own, I wouldn't have included him in this list. Maybe swap him out with the Thor/Hulk from Banner of War arc that's currently going on.

Even if the gods and father's don't have the same power, they have the potential to reach higher levels and in turn challenge the so called higher beings. Why is it so hard to believe that Thor could beat Galactus? If Thor is already damn near OP than Galactus adds some of his own to the mix, why wouldn't Thor have the power to beat him and the Black Winter. Comics can be ridiculous without logic but I don't think this was one of them.

I didn't know about the Phoenix force Thor. I was aware of Rune King Thor but omg...saying he's over powered is a understatement. Rune King and Phoenix force Thor have the power to dominate the universe if not the multiverse. Rune King Thor has my vote as his most powerful version followed by Phoenix force Thor, all Father Thor than cosmic Thor. Hopefully the movie versions of Thor moving forward will be as powerful.

I absolutely love Power Cosmic King Thor!! That is what Thor should be! A beast!!!! Although I thought it was kinda douchey for him to break Stormbreaker just to send a message. Like it’s a weapon used for good. Thor just took away a very powerful weapon used to protect the realms. I guess it was worth it for the effect that panel had.

Thor 4 will probably be another comedy fest. RKT stroryline is very dark for mcu.

Definitely Thor when he had the power cosmic because being the herald of Galactus after the black winner was coming and the Odin Force (even though he didn't have all of the Odin Force at the moment you only had a certain amount that his dad gave them to him)

Weird Thor overpowered a version of doom with the star brand power to give it’s user the power to overcome any foe, and have other op powers he gained stacked over it. I get it’s comics, and he had the phoenix force, but still is confusing.
