The conceptual explanation of heel/foot control in relation to bending ability was phenomenal. Definitely will be using this when belly down funneling as well as from the shotgun grip

I ve been practicing heel hooks for a long time ... and this is such a gold class... to be able to put that in concept will definitely help to master this movement.

Finally! I've been waiting to rewatch this for months :)
My heel hooks might still suck in comparison to experts but this class made them way more effective than everything before it nonetheless.
