Biggest issue I’ve had with my credit card was helping family members out that were in a bind. I relieved them of the debt only for them to go create more debt.
What made me stop was I helped one family member with their rent only for them to be evicted a few months later, and another family member with their electricity bill only for them to not be able to live there anymore.

The truth is by the time a person is behind on bills. The best help you could give them is a place to stay for free or steps to take to reduce their monthly expenses because unfortunately, unless they’re going to maximize their income quickly, the proof is in the pudding and it’s already over for them.

My relative and his wife went to paris and greece expenses paid and first class because he uses his credit card to earn points to travel. He is a chartered financial advisor makes excellent money. His friend took his family of 4 to amsterdam and met them to greece all expenses paid. Took them 2 years using their cards but… they didnt pay for their vacations. Only food. Plenty youtube videos on this. Its not a well known skill set i suppose though..

You’re suppose to let your money in your bank account stack up from your direct deposits from your job . Then use your credit cards to make your every day purchases instead of your debit card.. when it’s time to make your card payment, you should have the money to pay the card off because you weren’t touching your physical money in the bank account.. that’s what you’re supposed to do when using a credit card.. but a lot of people use both , which is how they end up in card debt

You get life insurance when you're younger cause the rates are cheaper. You also get it when you're younger cause you might not qualify for it when you are older or when you have a family/dependents who depend on you. Never know if you could get diagnosed with cancer or something that might make you ineligible for the coverage.
