That’s pretty normal Triple Jump training. Sometimes it’s hard to find but if you go down the rabbit hole of triple jump training you can find some freaky stuff. Ben Williams and Necati Er are good places to start if u want to see more. Also Janick Klausen is mental on the high jump side.
i believe in the Torokhity video from a year or so ago, the head coaches of the uzbek team were the old coaches from the khazak team before the great downfall and they jumped ship and transferred across to team Uzbekistan.
I have a question thats bugging me. The thrower (Javelin?) who does the hang power snatches with a very high low back biased technique compared to a normal hang snatch where you would try to use somewhat more leg and glute drive. What would the benefit be from a thrower perspective?
They have to hit certain numbers to get world-class (10.0 or better) times. Like clear the blocks at 3.6 m/s or faster, 5.5+ m/s at 1.0 seconds since their top speed will come out to be double their speed at 1.0 seconds, sprinting is wild! If you're only clearing the blocks at 3.2 m/s, only going 10.5. The start is the big difference between being a 10.0 and 10.5, like 80%, so world-class sprinters come out like missiles.
With the Rogue challenges (11.04) - the winners are posted on their instagram and in terms of the weights used etc. you have to film the weights being weighed etc.

Ivana spanovic is a long jumper, not a triple jumper. I guess she is training her take of foot. She is the current world champion and those jumps must be over 4m because 3m is preaty easy even for an amateur jumper
Thanks for the mention lads! Yeah the culture is back and thriving in Ireland again. Y'all ever fancy a chat or a lift gizza shout. Go raibh míle maith agaibh 💚🪨💪
Rizkis 200kg squat jerk was the biggest indirect middle finger to Shi Zhiyong, let’s be real😮

Fuck, i should have gone to the Bundesliga Finale
The funniest thing is he lifted that in the 2.Bundesliga. like 3h before it
I was there. Second bundesliga was wayy more interesting than first.
I saw the map of the Irish stones the other day. Go out and lift them all.
Do it all in one day!
It'd probably take a week between travel and island stone trips....but be great to see the lads give it a lash!
Best part of Mondays!!! Love it as always!❤❤❤
47:30 Until Fitz said "those repeated bounds on that same leg" I didn't realize only her left leg touched the ground. What the hell.
I was laughing so hard at Karlos advertising a ‘natural testosterone booster’ on Instagram last week.
Yesterday karlos said that 226 wasnt his max so the best is yet to come.
His max is 237
I love Fitz's facial expression during shoe talk.
Valeesa was founded by the University of Minnesota throwing coach, and they do a lot of connecting to and sponsorships of other Universities.
just wanted to say, you guys are both great craic
Epic news show lads
Great work
1 hour news show, what did we do to deserve sika
finally have been waiting all week for these videos
Welcome he says. I'm happy to be here!

Kaayr-lass or Carlos
You guys need to check out that clean and jerk wth the motorbike from India I think
39:05 both quad tendons and 7 ligament tears
Ivana Spanivoc has been on the top of women long jump for 10-15 years. Single leg bonding is used a lot in horizontal jump training in Track and field
That Bromell start is amazing. Like someone being flung through a car windshield after a head on crash

Rumour has it that Karlos has lifted 233kg in training
With the Rogue challenges (11.04) - the winners are posted on their instagram and in terms of the weights used etc. you have to film the weights being weighed etc.
benny had the most hype pre lift
he still holds the record in both a full meet & all (442.5 and 460.4) but conventional stance only
Karlos strength is crazy and Blagoe Blagoev record is big
Isn't Karlos still 15
Pretty sure Blagoy lives in Australia now, he pops up at comps in Melbourne sometimes
@sika strenght you guys gotta post the videos of Eric Lillibridge squatting 900+ lbs for reps. That guys squatted 1014 x 2 reps. Str8 monster.
Love how long these are
Benedict’s deadlift also stands out because the bar is not a kabuki super bendy bar
& as for karlos, definitely not cutting down, not travelling so far would've made a huge difference
Refuse to believe Nassar is 19 what the fuck
boys, would you say Karlos's 183 miss was due to technique or just wasn't strong enough to hold it overhead on that particular attempt?
bruh, they explicitly said it was a technique issue

Liu's front squat is fucking gorgeous.
Danny Grigsby did 1074@275 in full power, but it was sumo. So Benny still has the conventional record
Dan was in sleeves so it's counted as a record in a different division
@@TheLegMan1 interesting, I thought the only distinction in powerlifting was wraps vs not wraps so sleeves and naked knees are judged as equal

I thought the best 90kg total was Khaki's 185/235
Solodov did 190/233/423
im late
36:15 the design of that rack is just terrible. There is a large gap between the safety straps and the uprights.
39:45 why are you bouncing
