When Jeff wears a T-Shirt, you KNOW the awesome weather is finally here. Love the shirt man :) .. BTW, I have to show you this new CLASSIC sneaker that just came out. I'll show you soon on Friday when I get it in the mail.
Would you mind doing a video on undershirts? I usually wear dri fit shirts due to me being bigger than the average man to help with the sweating. ( 6’1 340 ) i am a student-athlete in college so my build is very different.
Fresh in Effect! I like how you coordinate the photos with your explanation. That is great! I would like to see some Short sleeve button shirt fits color coordinated with belt, pants, shoes and watch.
2021 I just bought some chinos because of you my guy. Never heard of Chukka Boots until this video no you got me looking for them. I'm not a thin guy 5'9 340 trying to lose weight though.
Really love this channel. Got some good colours like burgundy and olive that I've been sleeping on. Also started wearing chelsea boots, loafers, linen trousers and bomber jacket because of this channel.
Perfect timing Jeff!! I just got in some chinos I ordered from Banana Republic. I got two pair that were $20 each! Regularly $89 I got a khaki, navy, and a burgundy (really more brown). But, I also wanted a pair of classic sneakers for them so, I found some all white nike Cortez. I went to order them in the store expecting to pay $75, but she said $30. I also tried on my Magnanni Chelsea boots with them and it was money!!! Except for the burgundy pair since the boots are cognac color. I got a couple of dress v neck T-shirts for $11.99. I gotta get a pair of brown double monks now. I have a black pair of Magnannis that I got for the low low. But, I need those brown ones ASAP!! Thanks for all you do!!!
Khameo here again @Style O.G. I been racking up on more and more Chinos the past few pay days. My Clark desert boots arrive this Friday, I got 2 pair of polo Driver Loafers I'm looking at to get this weekend and some Brogue Double Monk Strap Cap toe shoes from Allen Edmonds ! Then I'm going to cop some Chelsea boots ! Man you've changed my wardrobe drastically! I ain't even mention all the blasers, shirts and stuff I got since I started watching your channel. I'm tuned in ayanday @ 4!
3:00 Your on a roll...I like all the fits but the one on my left takes the cake....do you think I'd F it up if I added a navy blue blazer...it just feels right imo
I played my chinos over some all white Adidas shell toes (my Stannies were bent up, I need to go cop a new pair), denim jacket, solid navy blue tee underneath, an ill gold watch, one small necklace and one beaded bracelet. Shorty was FEELING me.
Great channel. I tend to shop some items from the mens section. Like wallabees. 😊 I have big feet for a woman. I wear them with a white oversized cotton button up belted and Jean's with a chanel scarf and tiffany bracelet and ring to soften the look up but keep a edge.
My favorite chinos looks are a button up oxford shirt, some chinos and my cognac or black oxford shoes or some sometimes I'll throw on a pullover crewneck sweater. That's my work/office attire. Now for my casual/relaxed chino look when I'm out of the office I usually do a long sleeve henley or sweatshirt with my chinos and my hi top converse or Jordan 1's. if its a little cool I'll even throw on a hoodie, a denim jacket, a bomber jacket or a leather jacket. These are my chino looks and I'll wear all of these on a date with my wife as well depending on if its a casual date or a more dressy date. I'm currently in the office now rocking some grey chinos, a grey and blue striped button up and my leather brown hi top converse. Thanks for the other suggestions too. Your style tips have helped me improve my wardrobe game. Can you do a chinos and sneakers video showing the best casual looks with the 2.
Gotta get me some new chukkas man! Double monk straps are most likely going to be my next purchase, loafers I need to find the right style for me, and Stan Smiths are always a classic. I need to get those in my arsenal as well.
What's good, Style OG? Another great video here! In addition to the flavors you mentioned, I like rocking a dirty buck with chinos. Especially the tan joints.....
Great video Jeff learning a lot about fashion from you.I'm from that era where we wore a nice ball cap with a white tshirt and some jeans and some nice shoes.
I’ve always been a fan of your content, you’re like that big Cousin with the game. I am doing my wardrobe over and recently started shopping for some chinos to add to my collection, however the fit is too baggy I feel. What are some suggestions? Do you have a particular go to brand and if so how do you suggest going about the fit?
Notice you had creases in some of your chinos. I'm partial to them myself. Have heard that creases in chinos and jeans are not championed. Interested in your take on the issue. Enjoy your vids.
Great video, hey I notice that on the double monk summer style outfit you were not wearing a belt. I think that a brown belt will complete the summer outfit, specially if are tucking the polo shirt.
Should you purchase chinos that have been pre-creased? I already have several pairs chinos without the creases that enjoy wearing. Is it a fashion mistake to wear chinos with creases in them?
Nice choices. My go to's are the loafers & double monk straps. A few times I've tried them with moccasins (driving shoes) cause I was running late. Turn out nice. A question for you though is in all of your videos I've seen I never see you wear a belt in your demonstrations. I've heard a few say a belt should never be worn especially with a suit or tailored clothing. Can you do a video on that if you haven't done so? Great channel so far. Peace!
brogue wingtip is mine.... before I started dressing like a man, I used to love skinny ties but i realized I dress like high school or university students, with the help of your channel I began dressing like a man should but now i have a closet full of skinny ties, my question Jeff, when do i get to wear skinny ties, how and where ?
Hey Jeff, my boy just told me about your channel! I just subscribed! I’m thinking of rocking some Chelsea boots with my chinos! Any thoughts on that, do’s or don’t? Thanks for sharing this great insight!!
Style OG. Saaaluutte. Love the video. Chinos are so versatile. Love to wear my chinos with the same combination you featured in the video. Love them with my stan smith also. Can i use my white leather jack purcells or my white pf flyers with my chinos?
Chinos and suede Chelsea boots ( Thursday Duke in cognac to be exact ). I think the New Republic Chelsea boots would look good too. They work out about £100 ( $140 ) here with taxes etc. Still much cheaper than the Common Projects which are £370 ($525). White Stan Smith's look good too.
#JazzyJeff.....another suave video my brotha!😎👍🏼....I can definitely get a feel for the stone color chinos and the Levi jacket look....without a doubt , that combination brings out the best and freshness of the #STAN SMITH’S!!#way to rock chinos OG!
I notice you didn't wear a belt with any of the outfits. Is that common or is wearing a belt with chinos optional depending on the outfit and look? Thnx
Great combinations with the Stan Smith’s OG! I’m looking forward to matching up my new casual gear with the Stan Smith look!!#much love OG... happy new year#2020 better styles OG✊🏿😏
Hi man. I was looking at the white Stan Smith white sneakers and they seem to have a very long tongue. Put me off them a bit and the trouser hem would catch on them. The pair you had in your hands in the video clip seemed to have a shorter tongue though. Like your style
Great video! So instead of the Adidas Stan Smiths, I have all white Puma Baskets that have a subtle small hexagonal patterned texture embossed on them.
Beige Chinos are part of my dress code for HS, do you think I could wear some simple derby’s with them. The shirt would be a polo. Your response would be greatly appreciated (I was also considering some boat shoes)
Jeff, excellent content! Very O.G.👍There has been some but not a lot of talk/reviews about chinos in the community as a whole IMO. Chinos are THE MOST versatile of pants. From school uniform, military uniform, blue collar work uniform, white collar weekend uniform, from $12 - $300, no other pants crosses so many demographics and duties. Not shaming anyone, but not every man feels that a suit is a men's wardrobe necessity 😳 (IKR?). Some men believe that the odd trouser is dressed up enough 😱. There are even some men on the opposite side of the spectrum that refuse to own any jeans😭. The one pants that ALL men can agree on are chinos!! Great list BTW, but let's not forget boat shoes w/ chinos. This is the probably the most iconic chino / shoe pairing (especially for summer). However, boat shoes are unforgiving if I do any walking beyond the distance to the mailbox 😂. I grimace whenever I see someone sporting boat shoes at an amusement park knowing that by the end of the day those dogs are gonna be 😖. Jeff, I can hear you saying, "You want strong feet? Don't waste $ on 5 finger shoes, pick up a pair of classic boat shoes "😂. A low profile O.G. sneaker that offers some arch support is definitely the more comfortable and practical the way to go for that off-duty chino look.
Jeff, Great video again. I have notice that you do not wear a belt with you look books, WHY? I always wear a belt and I what to hear from you on belt selection. Thanks Carpe Diem - Taj Wisdom
Lol...Louis....I thought I was first... I guess not. Hey, I still have to check out your new site. You posted the link, but I lost internet connection for about a day and a half. I'll find that video or if you post the link here again I'll check that out. Thanks Louis.
Hi Anthony, Good to hear from you again. You can get to my new site via this link: ruclips.net/channel/UCpJXPSyQCrV52eO36e4ufaw or just click my headshot and it will take you to my site. Please let me know what you think after you've had a chance to visit.
Hey Louis....just checked out your channel. Very nice. I love subjects like that. I subscribed and hit the notification bell. Little off topic....or slightly off topic I should say, but I notice in many of your photos and presentations that your shirt collars are very crisp. I've used Million Dollar Collar on four or five shirts, and am thinking about investing in metal collar stays. The metal collars stays are actually kind of expensive for what they are. I'm wondering Louis, do you use metal collar stays to get keep your shirt collars crisp like that?
Actually, in most of the videos, I am wearing a button-down oxford, lightly starched before pressing. The button-down aspect, along with lightly starching, helps the collar sit up. When I wear a dress shirt with or without a tie, I use plastic collar stays. The crisp look is a result of having the shirts professionally laundered, specifying light starch, and their pressure steam pressing. Your local dry cleaner is able to pressure steam press a shirt better than hand ironing at home. Regarding collar stays, I get new complimentary plastic ones each time I pick up my shirts. This allows me to change collar stays as often as necessary. If I just put on a dress shirt to make a video, I can get two wears out of it, and it will still look good. If I wear the shirt for an entire day, then I can only get one wear out of it. Having said that, I think investing in metal collar stays is probably a wise move. I also have been thinking about it.
Okay....so with an Oxford shirt you're having professionally cleaned, you're already talking about a $90 - $125 dollar shirt to begin with, I'm guessing. Stronger placket, better quality collar and so on. Yeah, I've tried starching and ironing at home. It does an " okay " job, sort of. But having them professionally done. as by your videos and photos, does make a difference. I read that the collars are actually dipped in starch, not sprayed. And that pressure steamer sure as heck is going to do a better job. Thanks for you input. That helps to know. Your collars really stand out. Real military precision on those. Thanks again, Louis.
Great choices. I have my black chinos and black driving mocassins on now for the office. Almost wore the black double monks. One of my favorite the combinations is khaki chinos with white Stan Smiths. 🖒🏼
This guy can dress! I've learned alot from his expert advice on what to and what not to wear. I just bought 2 pair of chinos today!
Thanks Jacob!

Anthony Johnson Seconded.
